   Nice showroom. Fair prices, no messing about haggling, just fair price for the furniture. I've edited this review because of the delivery situation. We were told seven different dates for delivery. No-one called to say the delivery would be delayed, I had to visit the shop almost daily. I was told on four occasions that the furniture was on the van, but this was clearly untrue. When the furniture was eventually delivered, it is decent quality for the price paid. I'm happy with the item bought, but the service is terrible.

   Ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater in light grey I was told they was in stock and they would be delivered Tuesday I paid £50 deposit in cash. I recieved a phone call Tuesday afternoon from them . They asked if they could send me two 3 seaters because there was a problem with the 2 seater . I said yes not a problem. There was alot of messing around on the time they would arrive. When they finally arrived it was the wrong coloured sofa. I spoke to the manager on the phone and sent them back . When I spoke to the shop the next day I was asked would I accept a chair and two 2 seaters . I declined because they wouldn't fit in my room . I was then told the sofas I wanted wasn't in stock even though I was told in the shop there were. I said I would wait to see if they came in stock . I got sick of waiting sick of being lied to sick of the shop not answering phone calls or when they did answer they would put the phone down . I told them I would order from else where. I asked them to transfer my £50 back into my account and they told me they would. I had to keep making phone calls to see what was happening with my money and was told more lies like the manager as got to do it and he hasn't been in the shop when it clearly was the same person I was talking to the whole time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP they have very poor customer service skills and rob you

   RIP OFF!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! TOOK MONEY SENT FAULTY PRODUCTS REFUSED TO DEAL WITH ISSUE!
