You have alot of shops around that sell sofa's, Natuzzi being 1 of them. I would say from the others this is more pricey. They say all the Sofa's are made in Italy. Now for someone who wants actual proof you will need to them to show you some evidence of that, as ive heard mixed reviews of where their sofa's are manufactured. Apart from all that they do have some really nice sofa's. But to compete with the rest around there, they should definitely lower their price or show actual proof that the sofa's are manufactured in Italy.

I expected far better from Natuzzi, given their reputation and price point. Unfortunately, the sofa I purchased showed serious quality issues almost immediately. The leather was poorly finished, with visible defects, uneven stitching and the cushions sagged far quicker than they should have, making it uncomfortable and unsupportive. Overall, the construction and finish were far below what you would expect from a premium Italian brand. When I raised these problems, the after-sales service was slow, dismissive, and left me chasing for updates. Natuzzi failed to provide any meaningful resolution, even after an independent inspection found it ‘beyond economical repair’, I’ve had no choice but to pursue the matter through my credit card provider. Natuzzi market themselves as a luxury brand, but my experience has been the opposite — poor craftsmanship, uncomfortable and unstable furniture, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend caution before buying from them.

I wouldn't buy a paper bag from this store. This is probably the worst review this store has ever received. It is definitely the worst review I have ever written. I purchased two sofas from them sometime ago. They were told we were renovating, and we wouldn't pick the sofas up immediately from their storage. They assured us they would be kept safe until we were ready. We contacted them in March to say we would be collecting them, only to find a staff member had stolen them out of the warehouse. We have been asking for a refund for them for the past 6 months. We even did a 540 mile round trip to deal with them face to face. And they refused to give us what we needed for the charge back on the payment card. Fortunately I paid with an MBNA card, and they don't take no for an answer. If it wasn't for my fantastic card company we wouldn't have had much chance of getting the refund, of £3200. Natuzzi you should be ashamed of yourselves. The storey has a happy ending, we went to the furniture village and got a lovely corner group two armchairs and foot stooles all in leather and it was all cheaper than Natuzzi, no hassle and I am delighted with them.

Recently purchased a sofa form here and the service was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The range and quality of the Sofas and rugs is incredible . Amazing service. Absolutely worth a visit if you want something different than the usual Sofa shop.

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff! They think people are stupid, using childish and dumb sales tactics of pushing people to purchase furniture. We were approached by an Asian sales woman who initially promised to give us a better price than the original price, but then later changed her story that she can’t give tell us what the best price is unless we actually sit down and agree to purchase the sofa. I’m not sure what planet these people live on, but in a normal world giving someone the price will help them decide whether to buy the product or not. She mentioned that because we said we would be looking around she can’t give the good price. What a con artist, I mean talk about pirates of the industry. She then brought the Asian manager along who was absolutely rude and obnoxious, started yelling that this isn’t a bazaar and good riddance to us! I mean you’ve just lost a customer and many more, it’s no skin off my nose and if anything looking at these reviews we had a lucky escape.

Went here to choose a coffee table really nice furniture, shame about the staff.the most stuck up people I’ve ever come across in any shop I’ve ever been in.nobody looks in your direction let alone speak to you,god help us if we needed advice.even the cleaners don’t speak unless you speak to them first.when in there, there was only us,it was like a ghost town.went into the other furniture stores what a difference plenty of customers, friendly staff very helpful & lots of smiles & witty conversations. Maybe if Natuzzi took a leaf out of the other stores books they may get some customers and even some sales. After all I don’t think I’m better than anyone else I don’t walk about with my nose in the air but I do know this my money is as good as there’s. I’ve given them 1star but only because I had to give them a score or I couldn’t write this review

I don't know where to start other that saying take notice of the other reviews and avoid this company at all costs. The terrible level of customer service I have received has forced me to leave this review and I am shocked at how they treat their customers and deal with complaints. I ordered an armchair in December and received it in March. When it arrived it was the incorrect specification to what I had ordered. I was understanding and appreciate mistakes happen. A replacement was ordered and I finally got a new delivery date 5 months later. On the day of delivery I received numerous calls from the driver saying he was at my address. It turns out Natuzzi had put down my old billing address as a delivery address which has never even had anything delivered to it before. After 3 or 4 more calls from the driver, he eventually turned up to my correct address where I'd already disassembled the incorrect armchair and made space for the new one. The delivery driver proceeded to slide the box for the new armchair across my brand new wooden flooring leaving multiple scratches whilst doing so. I immediately bought this to his attention and was shocked, to which he replied the scratches should easily buff out. I left it a few days and tried to repeatedly buff out the scratches with no luck. I then rang the Leeds store to let them know what happened and the immediate response was not to apologise, but abruptly ask me why I had not rang them straight away to which I replied that I had been trying to buff out the scratches for a few days as advised by their delivery driver. On the phone call, I was told to email the store with everything that had gone wrong along with pictures of the scratches so that it could be forwarded on to the store manager. I did this straight away and heard nothing for weeks so had to chase the store for an update. I was told they would chase it up and I got a call back from someone from customer services later that evening. They were extremely apologetic and sympathetic of my situation and how patient I had been for a response. I was promised it would be dealt with as a matter of urgency, and told to get a quote for having the flooring repaired and that they would seek to obtain the highest amount of compensation for the inconvenience it had caused me. Over a week later and to no surprise I had not heard anything so had to chase the Leeds store again. This time someone else contacted me back from customer services later that evening promising all of the same things as the original person, and that they would get back to me within a matter of days at most. Another week passed and I had not heard anything so had to chase yet again. They blamed it on their emails being broken which I do not believe for a second. The false promises and amount of chasing I had to do was a complete farce, being passed from person to person and having to repeat what had happened each time. The conclusion they finally came to was that they said I did not warrant any compensation other than the flooring repair costs, despite me having to chase multiple times for updates, my armchair being delivered to the incorrect address, being sent the wrong armchair in the first place and having to spend my own time off work shopping for quotes to repair the damaged flooring. Hours of my own time spent chasing Natuzzi who promised me something and then did nothing. Shambolic service from start to finish and I regret going anywhere near them. Save yourself the hassle, listen to all the other negative reviews and go elsewhere. They do not have any regard for customers here and I will be glad to never deal with them again.

I purchased a Sofa from the Natuzzi Store in Birstall and was welcomed by Khalid the manager of the store. He was pleasant, polite and very welcoming. He has made the whole experience so memorable, he took care of all the details and kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be purchasing another sofa from this store.
