   Ordered via the company eBay shop. Nearly a month went by with no communication from the seller. Never received my ottoman so had to open a dispute with eBay to get a refund. Best steer clear of buying from owo living.

   What fantastic customer service, the best I have experienced. They sent me replacement fittings for a bed when my son lost them. They tracked my parcel then called me later to ensure they had arrived, they also told me I could call again if there was anything else I required. How wonderful to have this high quality customer care. I will definitely be using them again and telling friends and family about them.    Bought a beautiful white leather bed for our youngest daughters new bedroom - it arrived in advance of the estimated delivery date & was well packaged & protected. I messaged OWO about a small flaw in the leather (genuinely just to cover ourselves in case it happened to get worse over time) & was contacted immediately, a replacement part was sent, & I received multiple phone calls throughout the process, double checking on the area damaged, to advise when the part was despatched, to advise a tracking number & then to check it had arrived. I have never met such amazing, friendly & efficient customer service - and this young company deserves every chance to succeed.
