Very polite when selling the product, but completely useless when the customer needs support. Delivered a damaged product. Took ages to send a technician who couldn't fix. I've been waiting for over 10 days to get the issue fixed. You cannot get through to their product support. Staff only knows how to apologise, but not empowered to fixe anything or transfer to correct departments. I will now visit the store in person. I am not going to buy Sofology again - unless they perform a miracle and turn this aweful customer journey to a good one.

Initially very happy, found a set of sofas I liked at a great price. Was specifically told dont get rid of my current sofa until I get a text message confirming delivery. Received said text and email with a delivery day and time slot. Got rid of old sofa, my new ones didnt turn up. Ringing customer services is non existent, the people you speak to on the phone cant actually do anything or give you any legitimate options. They just pass on your info to a team they apparantly have no direct number for nor can they transfer you to. An said department is supposed to get back to you within 48 hours. I say supposed to because 8 days later, 192 hours later ... still no one contacted me. Only when threatening to do a charge back and get my money back via the bank a number appears as if by magic that gets through to someone that can actually give you options and has the power to do something. Unfortunately too little too late, in the end requested cancellation and my money back. One week to get anyone that can actually do something or offer you some solution is ridiculous. An even then, the offer of a goodwill , I can give you the money back for a leather kit you didnt realised you paid for they just discounted the sofa to balance it. What good is Β£39 going to do when im now without furniture one week before Christmas. Can't even buy enough cushions for people to sit on with that. Giant shame really, I liked the sofas. Initially the salesman I spoke to was great and gave me a good deal and a contact number if I needed to get in touch with the shop but after id paid customer service just was non existent. An I was / am left without furniture over Christmas now all because of someone else's mistake at the delivery depot.

Great experience to start on ordering my sofa/foot stool, then went down hill in relation to delivery. Got a phone call a day before delivery stating there had been a technical glitch and I wasn't having my sofa delivered the next day. Offered compensation of full delivery fee, told the compensation team would contact me within 72 hrs still waiting over a week ago now. Was promised a call on the 11th to arrange new delivery date this didnt happen I had to chase myself. Sofa now delivered its absolutely gorgeous and of high quality. Delivery guys were brilliant, efficient and friendly.

We are in the early indecisive stage of buying a replacement sofa to replace our 10 year plus old sofa that has served us well which we bought from the same retail unit. Although we have yet to make our mind up i am reviewing as we have had a great experience today. The staff members weren't like vultures diving in on you when you walk threw the door but when we did have a chat with a staff member called Jelena (jj), she was super patient, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely gave the impression that our satisfaction with our final decision was equally important to her. Thanks again for your time today and I am sure we will see you again when we have settled on a decision.

I'm of the generation where I am terrified of the hard sell, that I used to have to deal with when entering shops like this. I have to say the staff in this shop were absolutely lovely. Happy to help when you needed it, but also giving us the space when we didn't. We chose the style with their help in the shop and then sorted out the configuration when we got home and ordered on line. Thank you so much for your help today! (31/8/25)

Have now waited 4 months for a repair on a faulty sofa. The automated email system keeps telling me to call up to schedule a technician for the repair otherwise my job will be cancelled, I call and wait a lifetime for an answer only to be told the system is wrong and the repair canβt happen as the parts havenβt arrived. Then it goes full circle again with the same emails coming through, waiting another hour to speak to someone only to be told again that my repair still canβt be scheduled and the email was automated and incorrect. Meanwhile I have paid over the odds for a faulty sofa which is still not repaired!!

The worst customer service ever. I actually recommended the sales woman for how friendly she was but it turns out she was useless. I complained the minute it turned up on 8th Jan and have had to chase every day. I paid for old sofa to be taken away, wrong refused to take it, sofa as I wanted, wrong, sofa wasnβt as promised, responded to my emails and phone calls., wrong no one ever rang me back? Would I recommend the company? No, worst company ever

Nice friendly staff. Will let you know on the quality of our sofa when it arrives! Less than 5 months after receiving our brand new sofa it has been sent back with a full refund. Poor quality fit and finish all round. Seat backs didn't line up and the cushions sagged after less than 2 months. Lost my custom for ever now.

Purchased 2 x Toulouse in Le Mans Smoked Blue. The sales team were good in the shop and online and the sofas look good. The reason for the loss of a star in grading is due to the failed first delivery, with the delivery driver/mate telling me it required a four man lift! I re-booked and a week later two guys dismantled/reassembled without issue! First team put themselves and an early finish before the customer, not good! The second team were great, really good guys who cracked on and were done in no time.
