   AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had an almost identical experience to Alex K. Bought a car which developed faults on the M25 on the journey home. I had the car independently examined, and was advised it was too dangerous to drive. After 6 months i got the money back Via Bank Chargeback. HCL STILL refuse to collect the car from me, and are now threatening me with court action to get the money for this LEMON of a car. I am eagerly awaiting my day in court - Bring it on!!

   Our car was taken there here by the RAC as it is a RAC recommended garage. After looking at our car and draining the oil they told us our car could not be fixed and the engine was completely unrepairable then promptly told us that they knew a woman who could buy our car but we wouldn’t get much for it then charged us £84.00 for draining the engine oil. We were advised by a couple of friends that had been mechanics that this was untrue and we should take it to a different garage. We spoke to another garage and our car is now fixed and running perfectly. Please avoid this garage as they tell you your car can not be fixed so they can buy it cheap, fix it and resell it making a healthy profit in the process.

   Incredible service. They may be Mercedes Benz specialists, but they did a fantastic job with my Ford Transit. The owners were very friendly and forthcoming with details of repair and cost of parts. And the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle, offered me great advice going forward telling me what to look for or listen out for if I suspected something was wrong. He even recommended another company to remove some rust on my Van. I can it recommend HCL enough. Absolute consummate professionals. The loan C Class Estate was a nice touch.

   I am so impressed and so grateful to the team at HCL Service centre. After losing power whilst driving on the M25 I was lucky enough to find these guys. They took my car, gave me a courtesy car (even though I’m not local) which allowed me to continue on to my appointment an hour further down the road. By the time I returned my car was fixed and at a VERY reasonable price. I would highly recommend HCL to anybody, especially damsels in distress. Thank you xx

   Excellent work, communication & friendly. Fair price, not expensive. The bar of HCL chocolate with the invoice just sealed it. If you want cheap repairs, go elsewhere, these folks are only interested in doing quality work.
