Amazing service from start to finish. Needed a last minute MOT, spoke to Kye in the morning who was fantastic. He said drop the car to them and they will fit it in. They did exactly that and called me back in the afternoon to collect. Kye is brilliant and very helpful. Thank you to you all.
Booked in for a service and had excellent service from start to finish! It was pouring down with rain and they offered to drop me home and pick me up if I needed, which is such a kind gesture! The car service didn’t take any longer than they told me it would, and coming to pick it up was easy and seamless! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience at Nash Mills garage. After I had booked online I received a phone call asking me what time suited me and checking I knew where the garage was etc. Then on the day I found the welcome when I arrived to be very professional. They said it would take just over an hour and contacted me straight away when it was ready. Their timing was correct. The guy who handed over my vehicle explained a couple of things I needed to watch out for int he future and he seemed very knowledgeable . All in all it was superb and I shall definitely go there again
I booked this service centre online for a service and MOT and left my vehicle with them on 19/08/2025. As per usual, I got a callback to pick up my car and walked back to the garage. When I went to go into my car, I saw a long scratch starting from the rear bumper of the car to the front passenger door. I advised them that this was not there before and that I had looked around my vehicle prior to handing over the keys which can be seen on the CCTV footage. The garage disputed this and said nothing happened when the vehicle was with them. The dusting of the paint from the scratch was still on the car. (Can be seen from the footage) I was told to leave and comeback tomorrow to see the CCTV footage. I went over the day after and the owner of the garage turned up however, he did not show me the CCTV footage of inside of the workshop and the scratch was not visible when the vehicle was entering or exiting the garage. After reviewing the footage for some time I must say I could not find the time when my vehicle entered the workshop too (leaving me wondering if the service was actually done or not). I had no advisories on the MOT too even though I knew my car had a defective rear windscreen wiper. I disputed the fact that the scratch happened after the car was handed over to them but the owner drove the matter up the wall and said I could pursue through insurance. I was set to leave the country in two days and didn’t have the time. They did offer a “mop and polish” which looked like the side of the car was just cleaned after it was done removing none of the scratch. I would use this garage at your own risk as if something does happen to your vehicle there will not be much cooperation from the owners or the workers. Footage of the scratch attached. The vertical scratch was there before which I knew about.
I've used this garage for routine maintenance and MOT's for three years and highly recommend them. They always try to keep the costs to a minimum, where other garages might take advantage of you. The mechanics are nice people, courteous and have built up a well-earned trust.
MOT's two cars for me today, set me up so I could wait and what lovely people, so kind and helpful. Great price, brilliant service
AVOID AVOID AVOID - Booked an Air-Conditioning Re-gas with these guys on 01/06/21 and it I was told to come back an hour later, by which point it hadn't been completed. They completed it within half an hour but as soon as I got into my car the air con wasn't cold. I thought I'd give it some time to see if it would kick in but it still wasn't working. Called the garage and they blamed it on a leak - after getting a proper mechanic to check it over, there was no leak and he filled my car up and stated that there was almost no gas in it (meaning it hadn't been fillled up at all). After several emails and calls, the garage wouldn't take responsibility - so all that money was wasted. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Used this super friendly and professional garage for Alloygators to be fitted to my Fiat 500. Alloygators are highly recommended to help protect your alloys from being damaged when parking. The job took approximately 2 hours so I wouldn’t recommend waiting whilst the works being completed. Thank you - I’m delighted with the end product and am confident my hubby won’t be able to moan anymore.
Great service. Booked online on their site, got a call the day before to confirm my booking. Left the key with one of the guys who worked there and the MOT was done within an hour of dropping the car off. They offered to do a service on it straight after since that was due too. Had the car back within 3 hours. Lovely, friendly people who did a good job.
