   Adam went above and beyond from start to finish. He held the car for over a week because I couldn’t get down sooner due to work, and any questions I had were answered immediately. He kept in touch the whole time with updates, which gave me complete peace of mind. We were even picked up from the station and taken to the garage. The car itself was in pristine condition when I collected it. Adam genuinely only buys top-quality cars, so you can be confident the vehicle is exactly as described. Grimsdyke Services will be my dad’s first stop when he’s ready for a new car, and we’d be happy to buy from them again without even seeing the car in person. I would definitely recommend them.

   I've always bought a car from a main dealer before and was a little anxious about buying a car off the internet from a garage that I knew nothing about. I shouldn't have worried, because the service that I had received from Adam and Grimsdyke Service Station was first class. I absolutely love my new car, it was exactly as described on their website and was serviced and prepared like main Ford dealer used to thirty years ago. It's nice to find a family run garage like this and I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely buy from Grimsdyke again. Thank you!!

The whole process from initial enquiry through to picking up the keys was effortless (despite travelling all the way from Edinburgh to collect the car). Adam coms across as an honest and decent guy.    A very reputable garage who are honest, prompt and helpful. We brought a car to them for checking over which turned out to need extensive repair work. The mechanic who advised us was honest and helpful and advised us in the end not to bother spending the money. Was very happy to pay a nominal fee for the check over and report. Will definitely return.

   Had a great experience buying a used car from Grimsdyke Service Station which is not something you can say about most used car dealers. Adam and his staff were always friendly, helpful and available - phone always answered within 3 rings for example, and emails replied to within a few minutes. Was never kept waiting when visiting and felt valued as a customer. I ended up with a quality vehicle which was immaculately presented, informed fully and openly about its history at a competitive price. 100% recommended and worth travelling some distance for, as I did. Hopefully will return to buy my next car here.

   Outstanding service . Popped in Monday morning to see if there was any chance of having my clutch replaced this side of Christmas. They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. Phoned us with a quote for works needed , got on and ordered parts and we were hoping possibly getting back after weekend, however , called this afternoon (Tuesday) Our car was ready and was slighter cheaper than quoted because it didn't need any oil. So happy with their level of service and that they are so trustworthy. We always have our MOTs done here too and quite honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
