Farouk was very helpful and even though he was on holiday, he made sure the job was done in 1 day and efficiently. Very happy with the work and timescales. Would definitely recommend and come back again if I have any issues with my car bodywork.
Before I discovered this place, I went around 6 different repairs shop and they either declined the job because it was “impossible to fix” or I was quoted thousands of pounds. Finally showed up here and was told it’s definitely doable and will in fact be better than before. Not only the work was done within a couple of days but I was lost for words when I picked up my car, as if I was looking at another car. The before and after pictures I have shared speak for the work that’s done. For anyone who’s looking around for a decent, trustworthy, and a cost-efficient repairs shop, I highly, highlyy recommend this place. Literally Top Tier!!!
Had a vehicle seen to by Umais Autos after someone bumped it, picked it up today and you cannot tell the difference. Used a company somewhere else in Harrow but it’s looking like I will use Umais going forward! So far it’s amazing! Thanks Farrukh
I took my discovery sport here - I had a huge scratch on the side - the whole door was dented and scraped badly. I also had another dent on the side from a previous incident. I took my car to Faruq - they gave me an amazing and very fair price - they were efficient ( did the job in 24 hours) always messaged and called to keep me updated, went over and above, were friendly and did an absolutely outstanding job! I would highly highly recommend Umais and will definitely return in the future. I’ve added before and after pics. You’ll see the job was perfect!

Very pleased with the service and brilliant attention to detail. Have recommended to a lot of friends and they have had the same experience that I have. Will definitely take any future vehicles here for repair.

I was introduced to Umais by a friend, after shopping around for a descent garage, I thought of taking my car for a full service and paint work. I was met by Mahmoud, the owner and his son Farouk who very professional. Bearing in mind that my car had loads of scruffs and dents l thought this job would be impossible or perhaps very costly if they did succeed. Nevertheless, I was assured that job will done by the next day! and believe it or not the next day when I went to collect my car, I couldn't believe it! All the dents and scratches were fixed, the car was shining! All this at a fraction of the price that you will find in any other garage out there! Highly recommend Umais!
I live in Herts but work in busy London. I was involved in a 'hit and run' and by chance found out about Umais Autos. I am honestly amazed how they managed to reshape the body panel on my BMW Z4 to look like nothing has ever happened! Thanks guys! I revisited the workshop a year or so later when I decided to get modifications done to enhance it from other Z4's, once again top work guys! Thank you so much.
I can only comment on my own personal experience. Perhaps this is a 5* shop but unfortunately it wasn't for me. I also reached out to Fari and had a chat with him before leaving this review. I took 2 cars that I had on lease to have body work done. It was my own fault that I did not do a full on deep investigation of the work carried out however I have had the inspectors reports on both cars. I didn't tell then about any work done on the cars before hand. They asked if any work had been done and I said yes. They told me the work done was to an appalling standard. 1. There were 2 paint drips on one panel. TWO PAINT Drips on the same panel. 2. There was orange peel on a panel that had been repaired. This was severe enough for additional charges on top. 3. Colour mismatch on one car repaired. 4. Dirt particles on both cars trapped in paint where the job was not done in an air tight environment. 5. Dents still visible and not correctly filled. Total additional cost to me is £900 approx on both cars on top of work already carried out. In fairness Fari did offer to try and fix the issues however by this stage it was too late as the finance company were collecting the car the next day and we're not interested in any further repairs. To point out, I did reach out to Fari for an amicable solution (I had requested a PARTIAL refund to just one car and write the other one off as experience) but was told under no circumstances would cash be exchanged. He did offer to fix a car of mine in the future free of charge however. I am not a competitor. I have pictures and the inspectors reports that highlight the poor work done. Fari did suggest that if i wanted a proper job then I should take it to the dealer next time. Thanks for the advice. I am sure he will have alot to comment on this but I had a chat history of him claiming how very sorry he is and how difficult it is to try and argue the point with his father... His attitude changed when I asked for a solution to the issue. It may be a one off but it's a one off to 2 cars that I took for repairs.
I have unfortunately had a few too many accidents in my VW Polo and caused varying amounts of damage to my car - so pleased that I have such a reliable and excellent body repair service available to me locally. Farukh you have always done a smashing job with the team you have always quoted fairly and carried out a sterling job. thanks!
