   I contacted Derbyshire Law Centre for legal support during a very difficult time, and from the first phone call I knew I’d made the right decision. I spoke with George first, he was both professional and genuinely friendly. He guided me through their process clearly, which immediately eased my worries, and soon after he allocated my case to solicitor Patrick Macken. When I spoke with Patrick, I quickly realised I was in very capable hands. He was kind, sincere, and exceptionally knowledgeable. His communication throughout was flawless, timely, patient, and always reassuring. At such a stressful point in my life, his guidance made all the difference. I’m extremely grateful to Patrick, George, and everyone at DLC. Thank you for your support, I truly appreciate it.

   I recently dealt with Patrick and his trainee for an Employment issues. I found them to be helpful and thorough. When the settlement stage arrived, Patrick was very clear in how best to protect my position and he was very efficient. I would definitely use in the future, but hope I don't have any issues to be honest (touch wood).
