Ignored by staff, then when asked whether there was further stock to pair up where items stood alone, received rude and obnoxious response. No need for rudeness or unpleasant behaviour. We walked out!
A little disappointed really one of the guys there is a little rude to be fair he has glasses.and I am so shocked they dont have protectors for shoes my 1 week old carpet was wet and dirty when I asked him he said we dont wear them love! Bought from them twice but whont be going again.and not very good communication neither.
It was a very unpleasant shopping experience. The mattress was poorly made, and the seams were crooked and uneven. What was even more unpleasant was that after the two deliverymen entered the house, we told them that the corridor and the bedroom on the first floor were all carpeted, and they needed to take off their shoes before carrying it up. But they directly refused this request and carried it to the bedroom with their shoes on, without wearing shoe covers. The carpet in our corridor was recently washed, and the carpet in the bedroom was recently replaced. Normally, we would not walk on the carpet directly in the shoes we wear for walking outdoors. In short, the mattress is of average quality, and the delivery personnel's behavior is unprofessional.
Visited and purchased ready assembled brand new furniture. Within a few days it was delivered to my home. Will certainly by more items as they have 2 floors of ready assembled furniture.
Excellent service, felt good to help a local shop and get the same items at a cheaper price than those other big shops at retail parks. Small charge to deliver outside of local area - no problems
Really great service, very polite and professional, just had my chair delivered in time for Xmas and the care that was taken when bringing it in was first class. If you want quality furniture this is the place.
They delivered damaged furniture. I let them know. Mike offered to replace the doors and said it would be 2 weeks, then ignored our calls. I have informed them to collect the faulty furniture & will be taking them to court to claim back my money

Great shop, has an excellent range of furniture, some of which is very unique and trendy. Sometimes just go in there to browse and look at all the great stuff they have for sale, friendly staff too
