“Called in at the weekend needing some help for some bathroom work and the staff were excellent. The two women on the counter were very pleasant and did their best to help and then I had a chat with Lee and he is a guru and knew exactly what I was after! Fitted the items the same afternoon with few issues. Would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE - 26/08. Having decided to try my arm at fitting a bath I called in Screwfix on Saturday morning for some tap-copper pipe connectors (yes, my plumbing knowledge hasn't improved!) Fin did an excellent job in picking out what I needed, even after I bamboozled him with the size of pipe connector I was after (I measured circumference as I haven't sawn them yet!). Anyway, top nodge work from Fin, a credit to Screwfix. Thank you.”

“Building a single storey extension, we had a completely blank canvas for KC Design House to work their magic on. The process primarily focuses on the functional needs of the customer and the aesthetics, with materials and colours coming later. The process isn't particularly quick, but where KCDH excel and what sets them apart from the rest is their attention to detail. A kitchen is a serious investment, so after it has been fitted you really do not want to be saying 'I wish that I had thought of ....'. Since our kitchen has been fitted, everything is exactly where it needs to be. “Recently bought an emergency recliner chair for our elderly mum because her old one stopped working. I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum. My sister and brother in law went down I. The afternoon and spoke to him, he went through everything with them. He even delivered it after he closed the shop so that mum could have it that night.
