   two weeks ago, on a weekend. I came into store to buy some bedding. Till were so kind and so helpful, offered to wrap my candles I also picked up for me. Unfortunately this was dampened by hearing a manager speak SO nastily to a colleague over a headset. it's a shame when you can see upper management make store colleagues uncomfortable when they're giving top customer service. Thank you to the lovely girl behind till, wish I watched your name!

   Yesterday, My husband and I just called in to the Huddersfield branch on the off chance to buy an occasional chair, we found exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price.... 11.40 am today it was delivered in the correct time slot. The girls in the shop Nicola and Serina were very helpful and professional, we would recommend anyone to shop there

   Quick click and collect. Went to use the toilets which are upstairs with very little signage. They are located far back in the cafe area but when staff say "just upstairs" silly of me to expect them to be "just upstairs" not hidden away with really poor signs However, stuff I collected was great quality at great price

   Like shopping here. Lots of parking. Huge range of products in store at very good prices. Always find the staff helpful. On the negative side some of the shelves look like a jumble sale and sometimes have damaged items on them. They also insist on email receipts which is fine if they actually arrive.

   Dunelm has some beautiful things for the home, from bedding to furniture. Never come out empty handed. Bought ready made curtains and a new trendy pole. They look great!

   Nice stuff but overpriced and forget about the cafe, over priced food, dirty tables and no hot food left & it was only midday when I went. This was Huddersfield but had same experience in Halifax. You need to get a grip as the shops are pleasant and they sell quality items but won't ever go in the cafe again!
