   Upon arrival at the store, we were greeted by Ellie in a warm and friendly manner. She showed us the bed machine, which provided interesting and insightful information about sleep that I had never known before. Ellie was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and she put us under absolutely no pressure. She gave both me and my partner plenty of time to discuss what we wanted, as well as the financial options. The relaxed and comfortable environment Ellie created was a huge factor in our decision to purchase the bed that day. We were able to speak privately, and her guidance encouraged us to invest slightly beyond our original budget to ensure we chose the right bed there and then. The store itself was clean and welcoming, and it was clear not only from Ellie but from her colleagues as well that they genuinely enjoyed their jobs, which is always reassuring when making a significant purchase. Ellie is a real credit to your store—a natural and outstanding salesperson who strikes the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. Bravo, Ellie. I would not only happily return to Bensons for Beds in the future when furnishing our guest bedroom, but I would also confidently recommend the store to family and friends.

   The office team when booking or trying to get a delivery need to up their game. We found them rude & difficult to deal with and they tell lies. My husband should not have had to really get cross with customer services to get our bed delivered. They were very dismissive when it was explained that I was disabled, on chemotherapy & having to sleep in a chair. We were told our bed was been delivered on the 10th November & we prepared for that date. My bed didn't arrive & when I phoned I was told it hadn't even been allocated a delivery date! They lied several times.

   Excellent Service from Mark at Bensons for Beds I recently visited Bensons for Beds and was helped by Mark, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect bed and mattress. I’d actually planned to visit another bed shop next door afterwards, but thanks to Mark’s excellent service, I didn’t need to! I ended up spending a small fortune on a bed and mattress — but I’m so glad I did. The quality and comfort are amazing, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. Thank you, Mark, for making it such a positive experience. The burger after was great. Highly recommend!

   Purchased double bed base with 4 drawers. No problems with delivery, pleasent guys. Unfortunately one half of bed drawers are faulty. After finally getting through over 1 hour on phone to customer services, spoke with very nice chap, replacing whole bed but not til 20/06/22 !!!! Did promise inconvenience cash after delivery so thankyou.
