   First time I used this garage and can highly recommend. Easy online booking, someone called back to confirm time and offered to pick up the car and tu drive it back once service completed. Report of work completed sent via e-mail prior to payment online. The car was brought back within two hours. Great work and customer service. Will definitely use this garage from now on. Thank you guys!

   Very bad experience with RCM. BE CAUTIOUS. Had my vehicle booked in for an MOT & Service. MOT Failed on an item listed as an advisory on previous years MOT which I had replaced which only implies that the actual MOT had not been completed and only copied from previous year. RCM then suggested I work with them directly, (outside of servicing stop) and confirmed parts had been ordered and delivered. RCM confirmed vehicle collection, then went silent completely. Utterly disappointing service. Zero communication and complete disregard for customer service.

   Really disappointed in their service, firstly quoted one price than reduced it hugely. When it came to completing the work they didn't answer the phone and continually ignore calls(if you can from another number they pick up straight away..) What kind of company doesn't have a voicemail in order to return calls? Steer clear of them and their unreliable and unprofessional service. ***Update in response to garage*** You suggested to complete the work outside of servicing stop and provided us a quote, then proceeded to mess us around. Evening giving us a time slot to complete the work. We waited all day and phoned numerous times and no answer. Had you advised us you were unable to do the work, we wouldn't have said you are unreliable. Answer the phone and talk to you customers. Bottom line is you lied to us and continue to lie in your response below.

   Fantastic service, worked around my schedule, easy pick up and drop off service, full service and MOT done at a very good price and regular updates throughout the process with everything explained and options discussed with no pressure.    Terrible service and rude company, never use. I booked a car service with collection to be taken care, when the driver arrived at my place took a while for him to find a parking spot since there is no parking space on the road. This was never listed as a requirement for the service to be carried out and there is not place in the website or service request that explains that requirement. When we finally agreed to pay and let this car at one of the payed parking space near the property he forgot to take the ticket, shout at the person who was delivering the car, slammed the door and walked away. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO SAY: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE. Update: not helpful and they continue to lie as from the begging. I have the recording of the dash cam that proves that their side got angry and slammed the door of my car without my wife being rude at any point, when I call to explain what happen the manager continued to follow the same side and not listening to what was the truth. As anyone can see on the other poor comments on Google they are not trying to improve or recognise their mistakes, but only trying to cover their terrible behaviour and service. I found another garage that does the same service and the experience was completely different with them informing me about the pre reques for the service, etc.

   Service and MOT at the last minute! I realised at 8pm Monday 28 November that I hadn't booked my MOT... Tuesday morning, I found RCM who were able to fit me in straight away for a full service and MOT. Lucien even collected and brought the car back. Very reasonably priced, efficient payment service, and a lovely guy to deal with. Will definitely use again!
