   This was my first visit to this shop we had a good look around at the furniture without being hassled by sales people . The one member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and not at all pushy. They have an area where you can get a brew and make up your mind about what you have seen.

   Cannot rate the team at Russell Dean highly enough. From initial discussions with the sales consultant to purchase and finally delivery, everything was outstanding. The quality of the sofa and armchairs (Parker Knoll) is second to none and the delivery today was simply outstanding. The delivery drivers were incredible; friendly, professional and certainly earned their wage (and more!) navigating our narrow doors and available space. They did it all with smiles and laughter. Would recommend this company without any doubt.
