They repaired everything to a high standard, used quality parts, and the price was much cheaper than I expected. The result was unbelievable, the car looked and drove like new again. On top of that, the staff were professional, honest. This is now the only garage I trust, whether it’s for repairs, servicing, or parts.

   I strongly advise others to avoid this garage based on my experience. The service I received was deeply disappointing — marked by arrogance, a complete lack of professionalism, and behavior that I found to be untrustworthy. Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. A business that treats its customers this way does not deserve your time or money. I regret using their services and hope this review helps others make a more informed choice.

   I went there with my MOT , it failed they had to change rear brake pads. They don't communicate at all, I had a brand new safty lock key for my wheels, supposedly they couldn't find it. Without call me they just forced the safty bolts off, and damaged them. They would not admit their fault, blamed on me that it was my fault they couldn't find the safty nut key. And wouldn't recompensate for the bolts. Awful first experience, never go there again. A mechanic that doesn't look after your car.

   I was recommended to this garage by mr Faisalshab from Iselworth tyres in Twickham rd. I rang the owner Mr Fiaz that I can’t make it at 11.00 am for service so can I come 12.00 midday he said no problem and so I got there 12..05 the service was done to high standard in 45 minutes.    Have been using Stargo for 9 years both for my business vehicles and private vehicles. I have no problem recommending Fiaz and Yas. My Friends and family looking for vehicle services out side of main dealers have always been treated fairly by them and the testament is they return. Tyres, general mechanical repairs and MOTs are no problem to them. They both have a wealth of knowledge within the industry and are polite welcoming and fair.

   Highly recommend this garage. I have an older Renault and the garage has fixed 3 separate problems for me over the past 2 years. They managed to fit me in asap and keep me informed about the diagnosis before discussing next steps. Parts arrived in 30 minutes and they quickly fixed my car. Finally, they are a pleasure to deal with and they charged a fair price.
