Absolutely excellent GP service cannot fault them as a patient and also within my employment as a community nurse always get a response so kind and caring and the receptionists go above and beyond too. Well done x
Pear tree have really improved over the last few months. More access to appointment better systems of access. I have mixed reviews as to the duty of care from the medical professionals themselves But I have to thank and appreciate the amazing care and compassion I received from a newly qualified doctor. It was so so refreshing to be listened to and to be seen and heard and understood. Then for my needs to be followed up efficiently and speedily and I honestly believed that doctor had saved my life. I hope that pear tree as a surgery can reward this doctor in some way. I will be following this up as soon as I'm able.
Absolutely brilliant staff and customer service. I'm not from the area but needed to see a doctor. I did a temporary registration and later on a doctor called me for a triage call. He made me an appointment to see him and sorted eye drops out for me which were dispensed in the surgery. The staff on reception and the doctor was brilliant, very helpful and brilliant customer service. Thank you all so much x
Awful awful service, having to wait WEEKS For an appointment and even then it’s doubtful they will actually see you. Worst doctors ever! Even phoning the duty doctor is no different! Phoning at least half an hour late after your appointment every time! They are USELESS! They seem to have no duty of care and couldn’t care less if you’re genuinely struggling, the waiting room is always half empty and even going in to make an appointment is quicker than phoning to book an appointment . They are lazy , can’t be bothered , and their customer service is diabolical. If there was a 0 stars I would put that .
So far my experiences with this practice cannot be faulted. I've attended for personal intimate treatment and felt comfortable throughout and as a first time Mum, I've had to contact several times for advice regarding my baby and always have a call back in a relatively short space of time with or without same day appointments if needed. I appreciate this is possibly a quicker response than a generalised adult call for a bout of illness but to date I only have positive experiences with the practice. Only been in area since August 2023.
Why are we waiting ages and ages on the phone just to arrange a doctor to call us back? When I go in the surgery there is no one in there? Why is no one answering the phon? Disgusting service offering zero patient care.
Superb service from Pear Tree Surgery today, I rang the reception and asked if I could speak to a GP, within a couple of hours Dr Mackenzie called me back and after a telephone conversation I had a prescription for some medication to help with my issue. The prescription was picked up from their pharmacy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The NHS and especially GP surgeries are criticised so much nowadays but I for one wanted to give them some positive feedback for today. Many Thanks.
I was told by a GP at this practice that the new blemish on my face was a scab and to go away and moisturise it for 3 weeks. I went private and it was a melanoma that required 3 surgeries at the QE. Appalling care. Just fobbed me off
All the staff need laying off In hope that new ones will actually do their jobs. Extremely difficult to get through on the phone, by email, get an appointment. When you do get through no issues get resolved. If you didn't have mental health issues before seeing these you will have after.
The worlds worst doctors going. If you can avoid them, please do. They’ve messed several appointments up for me. They lack basic care and communication. The one time they cancelled my appointment and didn’t inform me even though I had texts showing I had the appointment, but no phone call to say it was cancelled. The receptionist was so rude and basically got attitude with me for no reason. What if it was a serious medical matter? And you’re the person who is being so insensitive and rude to them? How do you think they must feel? If you try calling them you may never get through, appointments are the longest wait. Yet they keep blaming covid still. Covid doesn’t stop the receptionists from answering the phone or booking an appointment or being civil
