What a lifesaver! Thomas is truly a gentleman and a professional. I had an issue with the driver’s seat occupancy sensor in my Tesla Model X. Tesla Gatwick initially quoted me around £400 for the repair. However, they were unable to proceed because a captive nut was spinning, which meant I would also need a new seat riser. They then provided me with a revised quote of £1,139. Upset by this, I declined their service and decided to attempt removing the captive nut myself—and I succeeded! Afterward, I explained my situation to Thomas, who generously offered to help me. I purchased the sensor directly from Elon Musk Gatwick. He fitted it for me, and the sensor cost just £60. Daniel fitted our car in for repair at short notice and to our convenience. He removed the seat and repaired the stitching on the seat Squab to a very high standard. He also replaced a torn side to the drivers bolster, all at a price more competitive than I had been quoted for the re-stitching alone. The quality of work from Tiggy Design is fantastic, they reupholstered my Audi TTS' seats and added an embossed logo on the backrest, as requested. The leather seems of good quality and looks exactly as the Audi leather would've new. Very pleased with the quality of the work and friendliness of the staff.
