   Whilst doing work on our roof, the roofer dropped a canister of expanding foam which exploded on impact depositing foam all over the side our car. The foam was apparently left for a while which made adhere to the car. One valet was unable to do anything and gave up and other valets were unprofessional. So, a very big thank you to Dimi of Valiant Valeting who accepted the challenge (because he had never seen or heard of this situation before) and came over to see if anything could be done. After trying several methods he decided on the safest and most effective solution and arranged a day to return to do all of the stains that had merged into the car paintwork. At the appointed time, he arrived on time, worked over 7 hours straight (most of it in the rain) doing an amazing and detailed job. His patience and professionalism is second to none – in any profession. It would be a better world if we had more like him who took pride in their skills and work. New car now looks better than new. Goes without saying but I cannot recommend him highly enough.

   The boys did a fantastic job for us this weekend. Our XC90 was in a pretty tired state. Not only did it need a v good clean, there were some noticeable paint scratches from various minor knocks. I booked Valiant for a full HD wax on Saturday. However, when the chap came out, he said that he could do a much better job on the scratches if he came back the following day with some equipment to do a full machine polish. He has just finished the work now and the improvement really is outstanding. The scratches have practically gone and the paintwork looks back to new again. Really impressed with these guys-it’s not often you meet people who want to go ‘above and beyond’ to do an outstanding job.

   I had my car cleaned by Dimi today. I chose the full valet service with Ozone disinfection. He drove to my house, very punctual and professional. The results are amazing, I'm so happy with the service! Not only did he do a great job, he also took the time to explain me in details what he did to my car and how to take care of it afterwards. Trust me when I say my car was extremily dirty, especially the inside. But Dimi went above and beyond and every single little detail has been taken care of. Not only this, he left me a little seat cover and a car freshener after the service. These company really cares for their costumers and I highly reccomend them to anyone who cares for their car. Great stuff! Thank you very much.

   We had booked the mobile valet service for 8am and Pavo from Valiant Valeting turned up promptly, was very polite and professional. He explained the process and the products he would be using and ensured they were all PH neutral and would preserve paint quality and not cause any damage. He took his time and worked with attention to detail. Both cars are left looking like they've just left the showroom. I highly recommend Valiant Valeting and will be using them on a regular basis.
