   I visited multiple local garages looking for someone who could make some necessary adaptations to my car. Some couldn't even be bothered to help, others suggested £2500 solutions, but the guys from Richmond Service Center managed to make the required adaptations for 10x less. I really appreciated the "we'll sort it out for you" mentality that few others showed.

   Everybody is very polite and helpful, and they quickly booked me in for an appointment. I believe the garage is probably good for MOTs and basic maintenance work. However, when I took my Honda in for a vibration under the car, the diagnosis wasn’t correct. I only needed one engine mount replaced (around £100 including labour), but they said the issue was with my brake discs or fluids and £4000 issue. They changed the brake fluid, which cost £180, but the problem remained. So I’m not sure they have much experience with more specific or technical issues.

   Highly recommend. Excellent service here, great friendly communication, fast booking, repairs all done within 24 hours, great value for MOT, full service and car battery replacement, new wipers, etc and also cleaned inside of car without being asked. Open on fees and explained everything in detail. Definitely my local garage going forwards! Thank you!

   Richmond Service Centre were really helpful. I was booking my 4yr old car (which I’d bought last year used) in for an MOT and I thought it also needed a service per standard service schedules but they made sure they double checked (and worked late to do so the same day after a systems issue) and informed me that due to a non-standard timed service performed before the time of sale I didn’t need a service. I appreciated the honesty. I’m sure there are some garages out there who would have performed an necessary service and taken my money.

   Booked in for 3 bits to be done following a service at a dealer. Shopped around for alternatives and Richmond Service Centre was amazing. Outstanding, open and genuine communication. Speedy work at a fair price. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

   I go here to have my van serviced and MOT’d each year. Because I need a garage that can MOT vans it’s closest and easiest for me The premises are modern, clean and well presented. I find the owner and staff to be professional and helpful and the cost of the work done is reasonable. They have a comfortable and warm waiting area and a customer toilet with disabled access. The location isn’t so great. The road is only accessible from the southbound side of the busy A316 and traffic jams can cause delays. Also when you arrive, parking is very limited and tight to get into because other businesses are in the same vicinity.

   It was a telephone call I made to your business on behalf of my Son who does live in the area and less than a mile away. I explained the situation to you of the problems that my Son was having with his vehicle and that a "main dealer" had assessed the issue he was having with his vehicle. I was looking for a competitive price from you as for obvious reasons, main dealers are very expensive. Unfortunately you didn't want to give me a price or do the work on his car that had already been diagnosed by a main dealer, so this is why I have left this disappointing and updated review.
