   I went to his garage. I was desperate to get my water Pump fixed . My daughter is due Second baby. She lives in Maidstone The garage are usually use had no places for a week So I went to the garage to Was I wrong? They done the water pump And charged me more money than usual and made a car worse I picked it up the evening drive it Home My temperature gauge went to the red Were you still leaking water They didn’t even tested the car After they did it Where I was at work, I paid for it over the phone Where they damaged oil cooler And some hoses . I had to take you to another garage When they checked it And I was told there was Two pipe split and the oil Cooler A hole in it Which look like it was damaged from the outside, not from the inside . And the new water pump they fitted still leaking Due to the pump not being tied up properly . They did tell me when I put the car in that I had problems with the all Oil cooler I’m waiting to charge me£850 to fix it. The other garage, I’ve got it fixed at Charge me£585 And took it out for test drive for an hour. When I did call the garage To explain to him that they made my car worse, they kept making excuses. Even the panel under the arch, then he put two screws back in it to hold it up. All the rest is missing.. Now I’m gonna take legal action to get my money back. I’ve never had any links From the Oil cooler or The pipes Until I took it Into that garage Six months ago, I had a new steering rack put on it in it from another garage And they Didn’t notice any problems Oil cooler

   I've been using M & D Autos for several years and have never been disappointed by the service they provide. On occasions when I've had an emergency, they've always made space to fit me in. They are highly experienced and honest. Dave has diagnosed and fixed several issues on cars belong to other members of my family, that other garages have failed to do.

   I recently took my car here for its mot and fixing of some issues. The problem I had was not with the work itself but how the car was presented to me when I went to collect it. It was in an unacceptable condition. There were dirty, dark fingerprints everywhere, which is extremely noticeable in my car, as the interior is beige. The steering wheel especially was completely dirty all around, as well as the keychains on my car keys. The interior of the car now has a weird chemical smell that doesn't go away too. I believe that covers should have been placed on the interior of the car before any work was carried out, as well as ensuring that those doing this had clean clothes and hands. Most importantly, I think it's disrespectful handing me my car in that condition.

   The most unprofessional and dishonest people I met and dealt in my life. Trust me don’t go there they are the lier. 1- i went to remove the step of my car and there were 2 screws which he had removed in few seconds and gave me the part which I went to buy but was back order took me few days to get that. 2- Bought the part and came back . 3- when I first came in was told it’s max one out job as went putting back will take 30 minutes and more. 4- I dropped the car 2 o’clock came back 2:15 as they could not start it so I have to come back and start the car because of the code they could not use it properly. 5- 3 o’clock receive the call that the car is ready to pick up. Came in garage and they gave me invoice of 175.46 and saying it took them 2 hours and 25 minutes to complete the job. Too many lies as I came in with my son of 4 so they forced me to pay and threat me to pay otherwise they will not give me the car back. I have all above my honest review about all of my work they done. I will be reaching to the motor embedment team and complaint about this all . They are the most dishonest and lier people I came across in my life . Please don’t go there and save yourself Go to the dealership rather than these incompetent garages

   M&D Autos have done some good work on my car over the years, but what I've really appreciated is the helpful and friendly advice. One time they even took and disposed of an old wheel and tyre I'd dug up in my garden off my hands - for free! The local tip wouldn't take it, so I didn't know what to do with it until M&D Autos kindly helped me out

   Took my car in as it was pulling to one side. They checked the car and told me the issue was the wheels and tyres. Didn't want to charge me for inspection. Got wheels refurbed and then took it back to them for new tyres. Prompt and pleasant service. Would highly recommend them! Thank you guys

   Used M&D for years - never had a problem with them. Price is fair and reasonable. Took in my Audi for a new timing belt, half the price of mainline dealer and they changed the water pump at the same time. Also sorted out a problem with my turbo - thought it may need a new turbo, Malcolm took it for a drive and identified a split hose. Fixed in an hour and for a fraction of the price.

   They tried to charge me £1000 to fix Something on my vehicle that didn’t even need fixing and only cost me £260 elsewhere. They’re very good at using mechanical terms to confuse you making it sound like your vehicle is about to fall apart but M&D to the rescue for an exorbitant price. VERY disappointed

   MOT and full service, a bit spenny but they are transparent throughout and give good price options. My Mum really appreciated their honesty when it comes to whether or not a service is necessary. They are good guys, even gave the car a little clean, so it can wait a few more weeks for me to do it myself, I thoroughly recommend
