   I don’t normally post reviews, but after the experience I’ve just had with Auto Serve, it’s only fair that I do. In a nutshell, this was the best service I’ve had in a very long time. I took my car in for an MOT, and while waiting in the comfortable waiting area, I was offered a hot drink and had a really pleasant chat with the office staff. The boss is a great guy too — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly runs a tight ship. Unfortunately, my car failed its MOT. Because it’s a specialist sports car, I assumed I’d need to take it to an independent garage, as I’ve had to do in the past. But they assured me they could handle it — and they did. They ordered the part in straight away and carried out the repair efficiently. What impressed me most was that while working on the car, the technicians spotted a few minor issues and fixed them free of charge. That kind of honesty and care is rare these days. My car has now passed its MOT and is running beautifully. I can honestly say this is a fantastic service and repair centre, with a brilliant team led by a hands-on owner who truly cares about his customers. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for diagnostics, repairs, or servicing — and I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the right thing and take your vehicle to Auto Serve.    My car was involved in an accident - search and rang up Auto Serve who sent over a quote over to my insurers where the work got authorised - left my car with them and they did a fantastic job on the accident repair for my car. looking like new. Service from them was great, they went above and beyond to get it looking perfect - would highly recommend them for any repairs. Thanks for the great work on my Qashqai guys - excellent job

   This shop used to actually have a decent customer service with nice people. No doubt the mechanics are still great. However the customer service I have dealt with recently is appalling shocking bad at the reception desk. There is some new guy I’ve never seen before. Shocking attitude towards customer, very ignorant and arrogant guy with unpleasant face. Not going back any time soon. Hope the nice guy still works there.
