Very decent, and spacious garage. Luke, and his staff are skilled at their jobs, providing great customer service every time. Best place for servicing, and MOTs in North Watford. The parking area can be a little crowded, hence something to note during busy times.
Couldn’t help me with my issue, but that’s my fault not theirs . Very polite and helpful staff, assisted as much as they could. Very clean organised workshop; highly recommend.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Tony and Liam for the amazing service they provided me with today. My car unexpectedly had an issue as I was driving so I went in to see them. Even though they were very busy they were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed. They were professional and I am really happy with the job they did on the car.
I would give 0 if I could...my experience yesterday was exactly how someone described 3 months ago... I got there 5 min late I was told off like I was a child to only then being told the tester wasn't even there. At no point I received a phone to reschedule. When I asked the employee why was that he had a smirk in his face. Absolutely appalling costumer service. I have been taking my car here for the past 4 years and I can safely say never again. I also asked about my refund and he said I would get it, however he never took any details from me. I went back few minutes later asking for a receipt or something to prove I would get my money back considering no one called me to reschedule but left empty handed.
Worst experience in my life. I ordered 15th of November Bosch car batteries with appointment at 20th of November. When I arrive there, they offered me to fit cheaper batteries. I refused that so they told me that they will order again and let me know. After 2 weeks when I called them they said that they can’t see my booking. After several phone call with head office, they told me that they have re-ordered the batteries. It has been 2 weeks today, so I called them. And they say, they have receive my battery but suddenly(!!) my booking has disappear so they have used that batteries for someone else. I would not even recommend this place to people that I don’t like.
Prepaid for an MOT+Service & the service was cancelled last minute the day before. Caught in morning traffic so arrived at 8:35 for my 8:30 appointment to be turned away due to missing my slot. Mentioned the fact I was only 5 minutes late & got a prompt sarcastic response from a member of staff that I was in fact 6 minutes late & there was nothing they could do. All whilst the staff were stood milling around. Topped off by rudely being told to contact head office for a refund when I questioned how to get my money back...
Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!
