   After getting a flat tyre and not knowing the area I pulled into Coachworks hoping someone could put a spare tyre on for me. Jess arrived by luck and despite being closed attempted to save my tyre then put my spare on for me. He was closed and did this out of the goodness of his heart. Thank you so much, you made a very bad day better with your kindness!

   This garage have twice fitted me in at very short notice, and quickly resolved my car issues (once a slow puncture, once a late MOT test with some work required). Both times were super efficient and I really trust them - there are garages closer to where I live but I will always come back to Coachworks Motovalet.

   This garage reminds me of my good old days in Morocco! After finishing the service (very badly, details below) they asked me to grab cash in Sainsbury's ATM because they didn't accept card?????? Details about the "service" offered: I don't have a spring compressor at home so I decided to visit this garage to get the guide supports replaced on my front struts. I brought the struts in a backpack as you see in the picture together with all the parts needed (even new self locking nuts). The Nut holding the spring plate has to be tightened to 65nM as per manufacturer specs. but in the garage apparently nobody cares about torques... The hungarian technician just used his airgun to tightened the nut "nobody knows to what torque" and he said it's going to be around 50... that should be fine. When I arrived home my surprise was that the nut was not tightened even to 20nM.... I'm not saying you shouldn't trust this garage but... this job was not very well done...

   Very nice and friendly garage. I just give them my Mercedes ML350 had some problem with Steering reck inner joint , suspension arm ball joint. And within 2 days they change and fix everything, and they fix my windscreen wash for free! Highly recommended garage. I defo not taking my car nowhere else. And the price is fair enough as well! Thank you Erno and the whole team the nice and fast work!!!

   I'd read the reviews of this place and based my decision to use them as i'd seen several references to their honesty which is always a concern with garages. I must say i was very impressed. I'd broken the boot locking mechanism on my Audi A5 and was expecting have to pay to have the whole ting replaced but with a little fiddling they managed to sort it out for me and refused to take any money. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
