   Consistently excellent technically, proper diagnostics, and you get to discuss your car with the engineer who fixed it. Who notices stuff and tells you about it. Good advice too. Better than the main dealer as well as cheaper and quicker. I've been using them more and more.

   Sent my vehicle in for its mot , they finished the mot parked my car in a place that got me a ticket with no warning as to when I needed to be back to avoid the ticket. Told me loads of issues with my car including emotions when I have just had a new catalytic converter fitted. Taken the car to a different garage and it's come back fine. Complete scam artists if you ask me

   Honest. Friendly. Very capable. Good prices. Only do work that needs to be done. Explain options without trying to baffle you with technical stuff unlike many other garages. Better at solving real problems than most. If the work doesn't need to be done they tell you that. No hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. A real find. Just had another great experience. A long standing minor fault - an EGR sensor failure on my Peugeot 307 - had become an MOT failure. I had already paid twice before to investigate it - including by the main and massive Peugeot dealership in Bristol. Brown's - a small family garage - found the real problem and fixed it unlike the others. Passed the MOT. I now get better mileage per gallon. Result. ☺

   A fantastic garage where they won't rip you off. The head went on my car last year and I know the labour cost I was charged didn't reflect the actual number of hours spent sorting it out. I couldn't recommend them more highly. (No I haven't been paid for this review!)
