More great service today! When we had our Audi car West4 looked after us really well. But due to new legislation we had to move to a hybrid Honda with services included. So we’ve had little reason to call on West4 - until last night’s pink aerosol spray paint disaster on the back seat… I phoned West4 and they very kindly agreed to take a look at 4pm today. Twenty minutes after trying a series of cleaning agents they found the one that worked. All the paint removed, even from the underneath of the seat pad. Our back seat is saved, I’m delighted, and I’ve been allowed out of the doghouse! I recommend West4 highly - friendly, efficient, and good value too.

I used to use Citygate but after a software update and a service, both of which took them two days as they were busy and included the hard sell to do “extra work” leaving the feeling I was being ripped off, I went to W4 Autos for its first MOT. Really happy with the service. The car was ready to pick up by mid morning and got a clean bill of health. I will definitely be using them again.
