I've never left a negative review but thought this needed to be left. I bought my Bentley here for repairs. They quoted me for investigation which doubled upon completion. Customer service was non existent. The quote for a repair was almost double the cost of what I paid at Bentley themselves to get repaired . This company operate like opportunistic thieves, avoid at all costs.
Excellent customer service. Professional, reliable and always providing the best service. We take our cars to Ukraine, Czech etc. And never worry about them as all our cars go through DNA. We have used a few Bentley specialists in the past and always had issues but never with DNA. Recommended to anyone.

Amazing service from DNA Technical! Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Nicky and David are class guys. I was a little nervous pulling up in my old Audi seeing several Bentleys in the workshop, but I was pleasantly surprised with the way DNA looked after me with the same care and attention, including dropping my car back to my house after works being completed. Excellent customer service, spotless workshop and all round a nice experience.
Had a great first experience with the team at DNA technical. Had a coolant issue which was diagnosed by the team, decided to have a full serivce and MOT done at the same time. Fantastic communication, really polite, told me all the costs as they were discovering it and giving me the option whether to carry it out. Will be using them for all issues going forwards. I have been using DNA Technical Services for 3 years now and I can highly recommend them. Very professional, skilled and knowledgeable mechanics, good customer service and they always go above and beyond !! Wouldn't want my R8 being serviced anywhere else.
