   This company routes its ethos in a very good place. However pressure for placing young people is great. There was zero support in setting up a already failed home when I entered. The support and communication continued to be of short supply however certain members of the organisation shone. This could be a good company with work but its reputation proceeds it and unfortunately is correct.

   I began working for Care 4 Children 6 months ago and I only have positive things to say about the company. All of the staff are welcoming, encouraging, and very friendly. There is no shortage of training, peer to peer support, and supervision. There are a lot of opportunities for progression within the company which is something I was looking for. I would highly recommend C4C as an employer.

   What an amazing company, cant do enough for you.    I worked here for two years different managers in and out with different rules and confusing the staff and young people. I love working with the young people and find it rewarding as iv done my foundation degree in this sector. I personally worked at rosa and the manager is so self centred and wanted to be the kids friend instead of being a role model and showing them right from wrong and always wanted to be centre of attention. She got rid of all old staff that was there previously and got new ones so it was her rules alone. Honestly made my life hell bullied me out if job no respect at for people but when she does things cant turn up to incidents it's ok because she has 2 kids. We all have families dont get a manager job that pays good if you cant take on the role she lived 2 hours away so when I personally got insulted took her hours to get over . No support lots of hours available but when I returned from mat leave didnt honor my flexi hours which I was happy to do more than my contracted hours wasnt happy because I asked for set days due to childcare and said no basically. Also when asked for reference for new job didnt do had to go to head office which a lady did do straight away cant fault her.
