John at Westfield Motors is amazing. Any problems I have with my Fiesta I just call him and he sorts it out. An excellent mechanic. Reasonable charges. What more could you ask for.
John is hugely reliable and will always do his best to help - great service at short notice on our car this week. Would highly recommend.

First class friendly and experienced service from John and his colleague. I was on the point of replacing my elderly Ford Fiesta but decided to have a thorough inspection of the work required knowing that quite a bit needed doing and hoping that at 78 the car might give me another few years motoring. Expert work from Westfield Motors and sure enough the car is driving as new ! In addition I’ve saved the expense of buying a new car and the risks associated with purchasing second hand . It also now has a sparkling degreased engine compartment and they washed and valeted my car into the bargain First rate and it’s a joy to drive . Thanks John
Warm customer service over the phone unfortunately I ended up going to my regular dealership as I didn't want new hands to do engine work on my jaguar. I sure would have used them for anything else tyres, oil change, etc. Their quoted prices were competitive enough.
I've been using Westfield Motors for about 20 years for servicing and repairs. John is one of the nicest mechanics you could hope to meet and he'll invariably drop whatever he's doing to give advice, make an inspection or even do a quick repair. John is thorough and he's honest. If he says he's done a job he's done it and he's done it properly using good quality parts. Having a car serviced and repaired is never cheap but if you're going to spend good money you want to know it's been spent well. John is man to trust.
John recently recovered my car after another garage recently diagnosed several faulty parts, replaced them along with a full service and provided me with a substantial bill. Unfortunately my car failed to start two days later. John plugged his diagnostic machine in, replaced the faulty component, all sorted in three hours at a very reasonable cost. Well done John, Merry Christmas.
I totally agree with the last review. I took my car to Westfield Motors when I was young, heavily pregnant and naive and the owner obviously just took me for a fool. I took the car in for an MOT and was told it needed over £350 worth of work done to make it pass. I was not able to afford this, so got the car back and took it to a trusted and recommended garage. At the other garage I received all the paperwork to show that my car had passed its MOT without needing any work done. Westfield motors are not to be trusted and are just out to swindle their customers.
