Very happy with the service received today. It was extremely busy but the staff were efficient, friendly and extremely polite. Special mention to Joseph the manager for running an excellent business. Would recommend.
Amazing service, they managed to squeeze me in last minute when I messed up my booking and got my dates wrong! They said they’d need my car all day but were finished with servicing my car after 2 hours! Highly recommend thank you lads(:
Honestly the worst service I have ever received in my LIFE! Absolutely shocking! I bought 2 premium tyres and had the tracking done for my BMW totalling around £600 yesterday. I drove out of the premises and stopped at the shop up the road to notice a huge screw in my tyre! I was in a rush to be somewhere so couldn’t go straight back but I called and spoke to someone called Barry who just told me to come back later or tomorrow and they would “sort it” so I go back the following day and they put a new tyre on my car and then tried to charge me another £200 odd! I was at no point informed on the phone that a run flat tyre can’t be repaired not that I would need to pay for a whole new tyre! The large bearded man on reception who I dealt with on my return was rude, abusive, arrogant, obnoxious, you name it! One of the most disgusting human beings I have ever had to endure. He told the guys to get the tyre off my car and told me the screw in the tyre was my problem! I will be taking this further and please expect a court summons. Thankfully I found another garage (NOT KWIK FIT) who said the puncture CAN be fixed and are doing it for me for a very small fee! Avoid this branch & just Kwik Fit in general otherwise you will be ripped off and abused!
Went there today because of a tyre pressure leak. Didn't wait long and the service was great. The person working on my tyre issue was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Problem was solved very quicky at a very reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Rip off. Went in because i had break ware check light come on. Told me i need all disc and pads replaced with sensors at cost of £968. Refuse to give me a breakdown or invoice unless i agree to work. Took the car too 2 other garages both stated only need back pads changing with sensor at cost of £135.
Charlie is the best technician ever seen, and other staff Jason and the young chap. All very polite ,professional and care my car and gave proper advice to how to look after my car and tyres , I had a lovely time with them
Had a blowout after hitting a pothole yesterday and had my car recovered to Kingston Kwik Fit. The guys were efficient and on the ball and made me feel much better about a miserable situation. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this branch.
Booked an MOT. Came to pick up car, and the rear headlamp cover had come off during it. They had just left it on the back seat! Asked if they could re-fit it. Told no as they are too busy.. had to find a place that sold sealant and re-fit it myself. Not impressed when it would be a quick job to re-fit. Will go elsewhere next time
Amazingly quick service. I had a flat tire and had been waiting all day for the roadside assistance. Decided to take the car there myself and they were able to fix it in less than 1h. So impressed with the service, thank you so much to the Kingston upon Thames team!
