   Fix Auto were great from start to finish. Dropped my hire car off at home and kept me updated on progress towards the end with a few texts. Repairs completed on time per their Completion Date and ina timely manner. The repairs have been done superbly. My cleaned car was returned to me and the hire car driven off. Molly on reception was really helpful. A great experience overall

   I agree with all the previous positive reviews from other customers. This garage is excellent. As soon as the insurance formalities were over, the garage got in touch with me and thereafter it was all super smooth. Communication could not have been any better with frequent updates, and my car was collected and delivered back on time - fixed and in a pristine condition. Special shout out to Molly at the reception and Desmond who delivered the car. It’s frontline folks like you that add to the reputation of a garage by your professionalism and excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

   Sadly my car was stolen, once it was recovered it was brought to Fix Auto to be repaired. Fix Auto were professional and kind throughout my experience with them. Although the damage was extensive, they went out of their way to restore my car to it’s original condition as promptly as possible. The employees kept me updated at every stage and were transparent about any delays. Fix Auto were a pleasure to deal with and I’m grateful to all the team!

   I can't recommend Arnie here are Fix Auto Chessington more. He saw me quickly for a scratch on my car. Most other places quoted hundreds of pounds to fix it, but he said it wasn't that bad, then sanded, and machine polished it out. He did it in 20 minutes and didn't charge.    I used fix auto chessington after a crash left one side of my car quite significantly damaged. I am so grateful to the team for taking the case on, for getting it back to me before Christmas, and for doing such a great job- the car looks like the crash never happened. The communication was great throughout, Jan was friendly, responded very quickly to queries and provided realistic timeframes for the repairs. A great team who seem like they genuinely just want to help people - would definitely recommend!
