   Found Neil via Google and I am so glad I did. Neil had pre empted what the problem could be with my car and had already collected some parts by the time he came to fix it. . This meant the repair was carried out without delay and within a day of calling I was back on the road. So hard to find such good quality, professional and personable service these days but Neil certainly provides that . Would highly recommend.

   Neil was with us within a couple of hours of phoning him after we had discovered that my son's van was making an odd noise. He diagnosed the problem with the serpentine belt, provided a reasonable quote for the work and set about the repair following sourcing the part locally. Within no time my son was able to drive away with a quiet van. Would definitely call on Neil again.

   Neil was excellent, very professional and punctual. He gave me a top class service. I called him with a drive shaft issue and he attended and fixed and replaced it within 3 hours (attending to diagnose the problem, ordering new part, collecting new part , returning and fixing new part) .    I have used Neil for a number of years across several cars. He is polite, reliable and trustworthy and often will remind me if an MOT or service needs doing. He won't do repairs for the sake of it, but will alert me if the tyres or brakes will need attention soon.

   Was charged an extortionate amount for a car battery that after just 6 months completely packed in. Found out via two other mechanics from large and well-known companies that the battery Neil sold was not brand new and had in fact been fitted a few times before. Called Neil to complain and he got very defensive, rude and hung up on me. After calling back on a withheld number he then answered and said that he would collect the battery for investigation, though is now ignoring my calls again. The battery is yet to be collected and to be refunded. I dread to think of how many other people (particularly women) he rips off. If I do not hear back from Neil I will take this matter further and not hesitate to take him to court. (Side note: I will be more than happy to remove/edit this review once Neil rightly offers me a refund).
