   Very poor service! Especially when it involves someones freedom! Very ignorant, case worker didnt care at all. Struggling to get in contact with her(Agnes). Basically we were completely ignored with answers that she is abroad and thats been going on for very long time. Constantly trying to find out how much we have to pay to file for bail process for my husband and kept being told she will let us know later (almost 2 months!). Thanks to this we missed his release date and my husband spend extra month being detained as we had to search for new lawyer! Its like no one ever bothered about our case at all. Now waiting almost 2 weeks to get to speak with her supervisor. Even Immigration services couldn't believe how badly we've been treated!

   I just received a Tier 2 visa with the help of Kate. While I was originally going to attempt to do the application myself, after seeing how much of a help she was to the company sponsoring me, I decided to go ahead with her. She ended up being a rock in an incredibly stressful time, and if I had any worries at all, she was very quick with an email or a call to go over all my questions with friendly, calm confidence. It was a huge weight off my shoulders knowing she was looking over everything for me and providing all the guidance needed for the whole process. I highly recommend her, and am planning on coming back for her help for all my future application needs.

Getting a visa is stressful but Imelda has supported and encouraged us throughout the whole process and now thanks to her we have our first stage visa for the uk.    IAS Excellent service. Prompt replies I have been dealing with Kate who is in the Bristol office. She is knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like nothing is too much bother for her. She has given advice on job advertising and the steps for employing a non-EU citizen. Her replies to my emails have always been quick and she has even taken the time to phone me if she felt it would be easier than replying by email. If we had to employ another non-EU citizen, I would use IAS again. I totally trust them!
