Took my car to Paddington Motors for an MOT and service — Jad, his dad Ibrahim, and brother were awesome. Super friendly and polite, got everything done quickly, and the price was really reasonable. Definitely recommended! If I have any problems with my car I know where to go now.
Jad was super-friendly, very helpful and couldn’t do more to help. It was a tricky situation as I was getting the repairs authorised and paid for by a warranty company, and Jad was very patient whilst waiting for them to approve everything. He sorted out a couple of issues on the car for a reasonable price and the car has been great since.
Took in my Jaguar XE that was severely scuffed up from hitting a barrier. Very nice guys on the phone and in person, quick service and a reasonable price plus (most importantly) a great job done. Thanks team! After photos posted, don't have the before unfortunately but I can't see the old scuff marks.

They have been providing an excellent & professional service, from doing the annual MOTs to diagnosing and fixing faults. Their prices are also very reasonable. I recently purchased a new car and have been taking it to Paddington Motors for all of my maintenance needs. I have to say that I have been blown away by the exceptional service I have received at this family-run garage. Not only are they good with BMWs and have specialist tools and software for them, but they have also diagnosed and solved several issues with my BMW F30, including replacing VANOS solenoids, brake pads and discs, and the SOS emergency system. They have charged competitive prices for the services I have had performed, and I have always been impressed by the quality of their work. But what really sets Paddington Motors apart is their friendly and honest staff. Khalil, the owner's son, goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in top condition and that I am satisfied with the work performed. He is always available to answer any questions I have and is never looking to cash grab. I highly recommend Paddington Motors to anyone in need of auto repair services, especially for BMW owners. The level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided is unmatched, and I will continue to take my car there for all of my future needs.
