Thanks T L Motors, most especially Tony and Mike for a wonderful customer service. Tony was so pleasant making sure my Mot got sorted. My car failed mot bcos of missing wheel bolt on one tyre. Tony went above and beyond getting bolt ordered and fixed Mot, all at reasonable price. Thanks alot TL Motors, I'll definitely recommend this garage.

As the owner of a grey import classic Japanese vehicle, I've found many garages don't want to work on it. Not the case with Tony and his team at TL Motors! When I required some fairly extensive investigation for a steering rack issue Tony was able to properly diagnose, order parts and get the work done all at a very reasonable price. Communication was outstanding, I never had to chase them for updates, I was kept informed all through the process. Couldn't have asked for more, it's rare I find a garage worthy of a 5 star review but this one certainly is.

I'm not going to deal with them ever again. I booked them because I did my MOT with them 1 year ago and I found them ok. This time, however, it was different. Granted, I take some blame for allowing the work, but that's because I ended up with a flat tyre on my way to the garage and I felt like it was the easiest option at the moment. I had booked them through ASDA motoring, which was even worse than them. They made the car fail the MOT, to pass it, they asked for: - Rear Reflector £66.50. I understand labour but that was excessive. Beside, last year they made the car pass without it. - Headlamp polishing £60. From the picture attached it seems to me they didn't do it. -Investigation oil leaking £108. When I asked what was the result of the investigation, they said to me they are not sure and they had to investigate more, could have been the head gasket. Yet I paid for no answer. Then found out on my way home the leak was from the coolant. I went to another garage and for half the price, they told me the problem was with one connection and they also fixed it. -New Tyre £90. This one I can almost tolerate it, but it would have been nice to hear different options. So I ended up spending £324.50 and some problems weren't even fixed. Absurd

I took my hybrid car to this garage for diagnosing a warning message. I am an AA parts and garage cover customer and they recommended this garage. The gentleman at the reception was very professional. They took my car key and and I left the garage. They promised to check the car on that day as I had an appointment with them. Three days later, they checked the car and tole me that they are going to send the report to AA with the quotation of £1600. AA rejected the claim immediately(reason still unknown). I then spoke to them and asked about the report and the quotation. They said the quote included the below: 1. The 12V battery, 2. The hybrid system cooling unit 3.The alternator (it generates electricity and charges the battery) I was a little shocked! Most hybrid cars don't have an alternator and my one definitely didn't have it. I asked the gentleman twice to confirm and he was confident saying "I can see the unit, your car has it and it will cost £1000 to replace it". I took his word and accepted the quote but asked him to leave the old alternator for me to see it myself. An hour later, he calls me to say that my car doesn't have the unit(!) Why am I reporting this garage? 1. They charge about £100 for one diagnostic session and the issues they find are non-existent. There is no evidence of any faults with a part that they recommend to replace. 2. they were not honest about the cooling unit either. Only the battery needed replacing. They insisted me to replace the cooling unit but my car hybrid battery charges fine. I waited 2 weeks to be sure. If you are taking your vehicle to this garage for minor work i.e. tyre changing or brake discs etc, you should be ok. Never take your car to them if there are unknown issues as they are not honest with their customers.

Received a quote for car diagnosis £49. When I went to this garage they changed price to almost £90. What's the point when you join an online marketing quotation websites to fix car. Totally misleading!

Really rare this place. Friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond to offer a great repair service. Didn't feel like I was being ripped off like I usually do at mechanics and comfortable warm waiting area whilst I had my MOT done. Will definately go back to this place

My car had an engine replacement after being towed here by the AA they’ve done a great job the car runs perfect, currently having 2 issues which came up after the new engine being installed but getting those sorted too. Overall, a great job done and would definitely recommend.
