   I had a great experience form starting finish . Big shout out to Ozzy for his professionalism, advice and arranging my operation in Turkey. He made this whole experience easy from start to finish and with no fuss, arranging everything from being picked up at the airport ,hotel booking, transport and aftercare. Ozzy was professional and always made himself available to guide me through the entire process . I would also like to thank Lumia for the final wash and all her help with my laser treatments .    I had a fantastic experience at Este Medical Group, largely thanks to Hashin and Ismah at reception. They were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and genuinely went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.    I’ve been seeing Kiran since last year, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. Her personality is so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I was initially nervous about having aesthetic treatments, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which instantly put me at ease. I truly felt like I was in safe hands. Kiran always makes sure you leave feeling comfortable and happy with her service. She’s easy to reach, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to reassure you and put your mind at ease. Her work is absolutely incredible, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

   A massive thank you to the team at Este Medical Birmingham, especially Ozzy and Lumia. Ozzy provided a fantastic, no-nonsense consultation and put me completely at ease. Lumia then delivered my treatment with incredible skill and a lovely, calming manner. A truly first-class experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! I Just like to say Irana is absolutely amazing shes really looks after me when I have any issues. Recently I've had a dry scalp after the transplant she sat with me and was very through in explaining what I need to do to make it better. Thank you soo much

   I’ve been visiting Este Medical Birmingham for the IV Skin Glow treatment and have completed 7 sessions so far. I want to give a huge thank you to my lovely practitioner, Fereshteh, who has done all of my treatments. She made me feel so comfortable, even though I was nervous about needles – I could hardly feel anything! Her kindness and professionalism really put me at ease. Not only do I feel more confident about my skin, but I’ve also noticed a boost in my overall energy. I’m very happy with my experience and grateful to Fereshteh for making it such a positive journey.    I have recently had hair transplant and I highly recommend this procedure to anyone struggling with thinning hair. Sam, himself is a very knowledgeable hair Dr but he’s also very nice! Best in the business. And his staff are amazing! Plus the patience they have is stellar! All such hard workers. Tommy and Lumi are amazing they have looked after me so much after my procedure. They all work late to accommodate your schedules so please be kind to them! The process itself was painless. It’s a long procedure but goes by pretty quickly.

   I started visiting Este medical group in September and all I can say is that they are really brilliant at what they do! Right from my first consultation when I felt they understood my stress and anxiety right to my twice weekly treatments… staff take the time to chat with you and get to know you, they offer you a drink every time you go which is just such a nice gesture and most importantly with the naturally stress free environment they create and the treatment combined I am starting to see positive result! I would high recommend them and hope to see even more improvement over the next 6 months!

   I am now halfway through my laser hair growth treatment, I am seeing a massive difference in my hair growth and the spots on my head have cleared up. Ozzy is a great consultant and very respectful. The receptionists are very smiley and welcoming. I love coming twice a week for the derma roller, they treat you nicely and take care of you. I love chatting to Atousa and Irana when they do my treatment. They are both very gentle as my scalp is sensitive and they always have a smile on their faces!

   Been her for some time and staff is exceptionally friendly and take any concern seriously. I would highly recommend therapist Irana who takes her profession seriously and is willing to go an extra mile. I am really impressed how easily you could approach the consultants without an appointment. Also, I am very impressed how the director Sam would take interest and review during the treatment period. Overall I would highly recommended Este Medical.

   I wanted to have a hair transplant for few years and I finally did it. From day 1 when I had my consultation till now(1 month after my hair transplant). The Birmingham branch staff are all professionals and all of them need to be acknowledged. The receptionists always welcoming me with a warm smile and always trying to fit my appointments according to my schedule. My consultant Ozcan giving me updates about my hair and always helped me with my worries. He kept in touch with me while I was in Turkey and I really appreciate it.(The staff in Turkey are amazing as well, they managed to make me feel relaxed during my staying there and they did an amazing job). Lastly, I want to thank Irana which she is doing an amazing job on my weekly laser appointments. She is checking on my hair progress, and always helps me with all my needs and worries. Thank you, Este Medical Group for giving me back my confidence and make me part of your family. Wish I could upload some pictures of my journey from Birmingham to Turkey and back so everyone can see.
