   I'm not going to bring this companies workmanship into disrepute, but what I will say is, if you happen to be a person of colour then this bodyshop is an absolute no go! Today I parked up outside the premises, unbeknownst to the two painters inside, I watched a (caucasian) member of the public pull up, approach the guys and they went on to view his car and offer their services! (and this definitely was not a planned visit, as I heard everything) fast forward 5 mimutes, I replicated everything the previous member of public did, but the cold unapproachable response from the guy was I can't give an estimate as the estimator is on holiday! So theres no point me looking??????? I've left there feeling absolutely disgusted! Im not one to throw the race card about as my immediate family contain all colours and creed, but I know racial discrimination when I see and feel it. They say everything happens for a reason, as 10 mimutes away I found a different body shop who were awesome and have booked me in for Monday. People of colour you've been warned.

   I work quite close to Merton Crash Repairs Ltd. One day a vehicle bumped into my wife’s car without her knowledge. It so happened that a few days later we went out to Epsom. When we returned to the car I noticed the dent to the front right hand side of the car and it was bad. My wife was disheartened. She takes good care of her car. I told her to leave it with me and trust God to give us the right person to do the job. Brought the car to Merton Crash Repairs and Lawrence was outside with another customer. When he had finished I showed him the dent and he said he could repair it as he had done a similar repair a few weeks back. As they were extremely busy he asked to bring the car in two weeks for half a day. I said that was fine. He quoted a price which I thought was very reasonable. My wife suggested we get another quote. We got another quote which did not look right. They said we would have to leave the car with them for a week. My wife uses her car nearly everyday. I told her we will go with MCR as they were close to where I work. I brought the car first thing in the morning and Lawrence said to leave it with him and will call me when ready. Lawrence called in the afternoon to say the car was ready. When I looked at the car I was over the moon. The work was flawless and so neat. It looked like the car never had a dent. When my wife saw it she was so excited and happy. We both could not stop singing our praises to God for such wonderful people that are still around and who do an honest job. Well done to Merton Crash Repairs Ltd. May your business prosper. We would gladly recommend Lawrence and team to our friends for body work to be done.

   I was recommended Merton Crash Repairs, by a trusted mechanic, I dropped my vw transporter t6 off to Lawrence for quite alot of body repair, and a new front lower spoiler, Lawrence and his team done an amazing job, they matched in the metalic paint better than I could have hoped for, i have already droped my 2nd Transporter down, to have some minor (paint less) dent repair work done....Bravo well done.Great job Chaps. Since this review I droped my BMW 640 Msport down, to have the rear bumper touched up and its Boot spoiler repainted, again it turned out stunning..

   Ian did an excellent repair to some minor corrosion on the bottom of the front wing of my Bentley Continental GT. He managed to blend it in perfectly, superb craftsmanship and very reasonably priced. A far better service than the last bodyshop I used. Thank you, highly recommended.

   As a young woman who is often going to garages by myself for services and the like I'm used to being made to feel stupid and patronised, but when I brought in my car to get the bumper replaced with these guys it was such a great experience. I brought the car in on a Monday morning and when I got there I was told that the parts had already been delivered and the invoice had already been processed. I was then called early on Tuesday afternoon and was told my car was ready to be picked up! The job was done beautifully, and having asked around for quotes it was pretty reasonable - £400, not including VAT. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got but after reading reviews I decided to come here to have the job done and I'm so glad I did. Although I'm hoping I won't need their services again, if I do I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll be recommending them to anyone that needs body work done.

   I've had two vehicles repaired here and recommended a few friends have work done on their cars too. The work is always 1st class, Lawrence and the team are honest and will give you time to answer any queries you may have. My Mini Cooper needed a new bumper and right rear light + panels after being written off in an accident, I can honestly say it looks better now than pre-accident, and the colour has been matched/blended perfectly with the rest of the car. You get what you pay for, and you might get a cheaper quote elsewhere, but if you want 10/10 service and repair, then use these guys with confidence. I've included a couple of before and after pics.
