Try to book my appointment online. Going on the system for them to say I don't have access to book an appointment. So in the end I still have to phone up to book an appointment?

Absolutely useless - can't pre book any appointment's and has to be booked on the day after 8:30pm. Completely backwards service and not very helpful for those that have to work around school and day jobs. EDIT: 20/06/2025 - Sadly I've had to try book another appointment today for my child and now I'm informed they no longer take appointments over the phone it can only be done online. Your out of luck if you don't have an internet connection or not very technical. For me this is not a problem as I can manage this but I really feel for those that can't. Absolutely backwards decision making not offering people the choice! Shame I can't give any less than 1 star

I don't know what's going on with this place. Over the years, it used to be really good, and now it is crap. I don't like the fact that you have to book your appointments online and always have to speak to a doctor over the phone. There have been a number of cases that I had to deal with on the house phone with all different conditions, not just myself and my family, a 9 out of 10. We always end up in A&E because they haven't resolved any problems while going on when they could just be dealt with at the doctor and get it done. I am very disappointed with it. I am looking around to change my doctors but it's the 4th of going over everything. What is wrong with me and illnesses in the family? My advice to these doctors and other people who are looking into joining my experience or would look for different doctors and don't go to this one

Wow....so glad a friend of mine works for safe guarding. When I first registered earlier this yr they were so helpful I don't know if it's new staff but receptionist MEGAN has basically said the pharmacy haven't sent a prescription and are lying....they sent it yesterday I know it's new yrs eve but a request shows up straight away love! It takes up to 48 hrs for the whole process....hope your powwer trip was sortg i, feel so let down. Again! Another place that discriminates those with mental health issues assuming it means thick!

Just move from London and people in Bartley Green don't know how good they have it. This Medical Center is AMAZING very convenient for people with small children and our lovely elderly. Doctors, nurses, receptionist, dentist, pharmacist all under the same roof and they are all lovely and very helpful, my family and I really appreciate you all. keep up the good work.

Definitely the most low qualified doctors in the world. The receptionist think they are qualified doctors. Also, they are very rude I will be seeking a lawyer there is a lot of things that will be addressed. They clearly don’t care about the civilians of the society.

Absolute shambles. Service was poor before Covid but since Covid well service is virtually non existent. Face to face appointments almost impossible. Receptionists that think they are medically qualified to judge if you need an appointment or not. Almost impossible to make appointments if you work and can’t call during their “specific hours” can’t call during your lunch break as the surgery closes completely between 12.30-1.30 and phones not answered. Waited over 3 months on a referral only to find out GP referral was submitted incomplete and therefore rejected by hospital. Online prescription requests not actioned. This is a surgery that needs putting into special measures as there is significant room for improvement.

I really question it's existence! You are 100% better off going A&E as they have a GP refferal service which will see you much quicker than this place it will take a week minimum for a phone consultation then another week or so for an appointment unless you say you have an infection then they just prescribe an antibiotic that they do not give you a script for and have to chase to find where it has ended up. Honestly I am one to compliment normally but wow are GP service is non-existent now after COVID arrived and was bad beforehand. Neglected Health Service!

Utter shambles of a place. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment with a doctor, and to even attempt to do so you can't just phone up - oh no, there's only certain times on specific days you can ask that, i was told to use the "really easy V consult" link on their web site. Waste of time, there's so many hoops to jump through, and that's just simply to get to speak to a doctor. You're better off just going to A&E, whatever your problem is, than wasting time trying to get an appointment.
