Pro Cook at Barlborough near Chesterfield is a fantastic shop with easy free parking, well worth a visit for everything cookery
Came to return an item and the two lady's serving didn't seem as though they could be bothered found them very rude and unhelpful such a shame when it is a lovely shop and I do like having a look round..The item we returned was replaced but when we got home that one was broken too..will certainly not be returning it to the white rose shop will certainly go back to the Harrogate branch
We bought some knives from the store this evening and I just want to give credit to the girl who worked there. She was really lovely and really helpful, gave us loads of information about what we were buying.
Excellent service. I had been looking for some hanging skewers. I remembered seeing some in Procook White Rose. I was served by Joanna and Sam, both so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Really friendly and will definitely return.

Precooked is the most helpful store I have been in for a while. The staff were informative and gave me advice about my purchases. I can't praise the staff here enough. They went above and beyond to find the items I eventually purchased. The store is lovely, bright and welcoming. Highly recommended for all things for cooking, dining and more.
Bought some plates from here. Got very good service, found when we got home there were some defects and two plates were broken. Went back and they were very happy to help us with swapping out all the issues with no problems at all. Highly recommended!
Amazing store, I am absolutely hooked on looking round kitchen equipment shops (and buying too!) My husband always knows where to find me if we get separated going around large stores.
