   Im a new patient here and went for my first appointment today. First impression - beautiful, clean and modern surgery on arrival. Great parking also. Saw Dr Eparth who was absolutely wonderful. I felt listened to and cared for and like he really had sympathy for what I was going through. He has taken my symptoms seriously and had followed through with various investigations/options which I have been waiting for years for someone to do. Cant thank him enough! We need more GPs like him. Receptionist also was very kind and professional when booking my follow up appointment, sorry I didnt catch your name. Overall a great first impression and visit. Thank you team!

   This is a brilliant practice, the doctors are brilliant and do everything they can to assist you with any and all issues. I had transferred from a different clinic due to the fact that I have had ongoing problems regarding gout and my joints for years without getting assistance, only to transfer here and have all of my issues diagnosed and sorted with therapy and/ or medication within 2 months. The receptions are always polite on the phone and always greet you on the way in, it always has a good atmosphere and there's brilliant distancing rules that are still set within the building that helps maintain an extra boundary of safety.

   Receptionists are so rude not a pleasant experience any time I have visited or called. Getting an appointment is a joke and when you do get an appointment you’re waiting 15+ minutes to be seen

   A great gp. Dr. H Sidhu helped me with all my problems, arranged for an appointment with a specialist when it was needed. Very professional. It is not difficult to get to, just call in the morning - immediately after opening. In addition, I can say that it is very clean there.

   A disgrace to the nhs.....never no appointments even when phoning at 8:00 in the morning they have always gone (realy) LAZY Gp's....yet never no-one sitting In the waiting room 9:00 and I'm told the doctors hadn't started working yet (digusting) ......no wonder the doctors are over run at the hospitals cause it seems local Gp's havnt got the capability ......fully booked for weeks in advance??????? Bring back old school doctors, think today's doctors need to take a leaf out of their book and stop thinking about their pay packets, cause patients care isnt their no1 priority anymore .....and to look at the few doctors at the hospitals that see 100's of patients in 1 day!!!!! Yeah there maybe a wait but u never get turned away, now them am doctors looking after people!!!!
