   Inspired Design Kitchens it's truly a gem in maze of kitchen suppliers. I think other German Kitchen suppliers should learn from them how customer service should looks like. I know what I'm saying because we have experience fitting kitchen 3 years ago with different German company.From start to finish bryliant experience. Communication with Mahdis quick and very easy, you don't have to wait weeks for a response. They will make an extra mile to make sure your kitchen will look perfect. Huge thank you to Mahdis , Alan and Bred to get back our kitchen .

   What an amazing experience we had when dealing when Inspired Design. Jonathan, Mahdis and Ryan really made all our dreams come true when looking for a new kitchen. From inception through to the final fitting everything was planned appropriately and communication from Mahdis on updates at various stages was very much appreciated. We now have the kitchen of our dreams! It has totally changed the way we live and can't thank the team enough at Inspired Design. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

   We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen from Inspired Design Kitchens. The communication and service after the sale were fantastic, truly matching our expectations. Ryan, one of their designers, was amazing. After being messed around by another company that didn't listen to our needs, we gave Ryan a brief. By that point, we were so pressed for time that we couldn't even visit the showroom, but he drew up the plans anyway, understanding that our build was nearly complete and we needed to order the kitchen ASAP. Their joiner was absolutely brilliant, with a remarkable eye for detail that made all the difference. It's so refreshing to find a company that isn't just about taking your money and then stopping caring. We highly recommend them! 10/10.

   If you are in the market for a new quality kitchen then don’t waste your time looking around at the various other “players” - just come here - I can guarantee you that your expectations will be exceeded! Director (and designer) Jonathan is the real deal - he really listens to you so he fully understands your requirements, he is a fabulous kitchen designer - our kitchen design evolved into a completely different layout than we had first envisioned, he has the patience of a saint as we requested various design changes and finally he is a polite, charming and all round fantastic guy. We decided on Schuller Next125 with Dekton work tops and Siemens StudioLine appliances and really, it’s our dream kitchen which we feel truly has the wow factor! We elected to go turn-key and Jonathan’s install team are all total professionals - Alan and Brett the lead kitchen installers, Rob the plumber, Mickey and his lads the plasterers (we had a full re-plaster),James the Electrician who was ably assisted by Ryan (full rewire and new consumer unit) and Daisy who laid the Amtico flooring. We honestly couldn’t be happier and we expect this Schuller kitchen to see us out!

   Very satisfied with all aspects of our experience - from showroom, design discussions with Jonathan, quality of the product and first class fitting by Alan & Brett. Time scale was as advised - with the only small frustration being a couple of errors in delivered items from Germany which needed replacing. There was no hard sell by Jonathan and he was very open to our ideas/requests. Alan & Brett were skilful, careful, methodical and a pleasure to have in the house! A special mention to delivery man Jack who was so enthusiastic and helpful. We signed up to a quality product so it’s not cheap but we are very satisfied with our new kitchen which is exactly as we envisaged it!

   After a disastrous experience with 'The UK's Number One Kitchen Retailer', we wanted our dream kitchen more than ever. I highly recommend Inspired Design. They have designed our dream kitchen, provided a fantastic product, which is top quality, fitted it with high quality workmanship and provided a A* customer service at all times throughout. Absolutely flawless service and we cannot fault them. Mahdis has superb attention to detail and knowledge of the products on offer. She was incredibly patient throughout the whole experience and she skilfully designed a kitchen that suits the needs of our busy family, was within our budget envelope and has some really functional and stunning features. Scott (the fitter) did an excellent job installing our new kitchen to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed with his care and skill. Our kitchen is fitted to perfection and he went above and beyond in resolving various issues that cropped up caused by the previous 'kitchen disaster' experience that we'd had. Matthew oversaw the installation of everything and made sure that we were happy customers. He visited us a number of times and offered valuable guidance and advice along the way. Everything was completed to the timescales we were given

   We went to several Kitchen design retailers in the area and very quickly chose to work with the Inspired Design team, with Ryan leading our project. The initial design options based on our brief were amazing and from there Ryan showed incredible flexibility (and patience) in refining them whilst our wider house renovation evolved. We’ve ended up with a Kitchen layout and style we love using and being in, its genuinely changed the way we use the house and live in it so a huge thank you to Ryan and team for being part of that. The showroom has a good range of cabinets styles and appliances and everything could be demonstrated and explained making the selection process much easier. The Kitchen fit itself was done to an exceptionally high standard, Matthew and Scott made the process very easy. Any small issues that cropped up (as to be expected) were efficiently dealt with and the communication between the Inspired install team and my plumber/electrician was great. Would highly recommend ID and the team :-)

   Inspired Design Kitchens offer something different from the standard large kitchen companies, high quality, great bespoke design and great service. Mahdis was able to provide a solution to a kitchen project that appeared to have limited options and did so with quick insight into the style I liked and with consideration of both practicality and the limitations of my budget. I was present on site when the kitchen was fitted and the quality of work and great care for my happiness with the fit was clearly evident. It was fantastic to see Mahdis's knowledge, attention to detail and high standards in action. She made small additions to the design that added additional storage and which gave a beautiful finish. She actioned installations that others thought weren't possible and are some of my favourite features. Her enthusiasm, high standards and friendly approach gave both additional life and professionalism to the project. A problem was quickly sorted and Matthew supported throughout offering good advice, contacts and helpful demonstrations of the appliances. On first visit to the showroom I was left feeling confident that Inspired Design approach all they do conscientiously and with fabulous design and fit that suits the client. This has proved to be true and I am very happy with my new kitchen.
