Cv boot was supposingly replaced but had to replace again 12 months later as the jubilee clip was not on meaning it leaked.

I recently had the misfortune of bringing my car to Mike's Coachworks for an issue with my rear brake and reverse lights not working, and while the issue was identified quickly, a couple torn wires, admittedly the only positive in this entire experience. the rest of the service was nothing short of a disaster. To start, when my car was returned, the rubber housing around the wires looked like it had been shredded by a dog. Upon inspection later, I found that the plastic clips securing the housing had been broken, leaving it unable to stay in place. The repair consisted of the wires being twisted together and wrapped with tape, a total amateurish job. There was no soldering of the wires, no heat-shrink protection, nothing that would indicate a professional had touched it. Despite the shoddy work, I was charged nearly £300, which included £80 for diagnosis and two hours of labor. Adding insult to injury, my car was returned dirty and reeking of an unpleasant odor. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when I collected the car, the reverse lights still weren’t working, and now the cabin lights were also out! When I questioned the mechanic, I was told that my car's computer had short-circuited, and that it would be an expensive fix. a problem he claimed to have seen in other vehicles. This was a blatant lie. After doing some digging myself, I discovered that it was simply a blown fuse, something any competent mechanic would have checked. This garage is completely untrustworthy and should not be trusted with anything you value. Their work is shoddy, their communication is dishonest, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or their vehicles. If you're looking for trustworthy people, look elsewhere.

Got our bumper sprayed and they did a fantastic job. Even did the wing for free to make sure it was properly blended. Friendly service too. Many thanks!

Great garage with a very helpful team. The team is very friendly and eager to help an assist you. Getting there with a large vsn may be a little challenging especially for the busy narrow street packed with parked cars all over the places but despite that, I am going here again next year for my van's mot

Went for an MOT at 9am and was all sorted by 10am. They were honest, quick and gave really excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more. They did exactly what they said they would at the time they said. Would certainly use them again.
