Superb garage. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I have had my car in for work multiple times this year and it's always received great care and attention. They are now my go-to garage and I'd recommend them highly to anyone.
An excellent full service and gearbox repair on a VW golf that had been garage stored or a number of years. I am very pleased with the outcome. A family run garage that is a delight to do business with. Helpful and friendly.
I want to extend my gratitude to Charlotte for her patience and persistence with the car company in obtaining the necessary car part for me. Although it took a long time, she was efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. The mechanic who repaired my car was extremely helpful and polite. I have been doing my MOT and service with them for the past two years, and this will be my third. Thank you to everyone at the garage for consistently providing a great service.
I took my car in for a full service today and was really impressed with the attention to detail. The staff were thorough in everything they did, They contacted me before carrying out any additional work, clearly explained what was needed, and were both polite and professional throughout.

Kind, honest, professional and good customer service. Before i came to Richard T moore garage, i had visted 3 garages previous to get my MOT and Shock absorbers looked at for a quote of price and repair. All of which over charged by significantly more then here, and also were not honest reagrding condition of my car. Came in on evening before they closed, got a quote of everyhting next morning, and with the next few days everything was booked in and repaired. definatly will be coming back in future
I would leave no stars for this garage, unbelievably rude customer service. Tom the owner is unhelpful and rude he has lost our custom, absolutely no manners, we will be going else where.

I have used Richard T Moore for many years both when they were on Slade's hill and now on the Ridgeway. They always go out of their way to get the best price for the customer whether it's tyres or parts. Today they cleaned up an oil mess that the BMW garage had left and didn't charge us for it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
