   I had an amazing experience servicing my car at JCB Kia on the 30th December 2025. I was quite nervous considering I was a first time Kia owner but as soon as I arrived, I had all my questions answered by Dave Hall who made me feel reassured and comfortable that my car was in safe hands.    So, I've always had my car serviced a Kia Bromley, because I'm happy with the service they provide. I'm less happy with how much faff is involved in getting to and from Kia (I'm not that Local). This year I was visited by the friendly and professional Dave Hall, who collected my car and made my whole day stress free. (No really, everything else on the day went off the rails, but zero stress with the car service made the day survivable. I 1000% recommend the Dave Hall option!)

   My first service on my new car was at Kia Bromley today. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Dave Hall booked my car in and took my details and explained about the service and how long it would take to do and asked if i wanted a complimentary car wash and hoover - but i said no thanks as i like to do that myself. Dave then showed us the waiting room which was very smart and comfortable and had a big television and tea and coffee making facilities. About an hour and a half later which passed quickly Dave came in and said your car is ready and gave me my paperwork and said that everything was fine and explained that the 2nd service was a bigger one and might take a bit longer to do. Also thank you to Terry who i met on arrival as we were early for our appointment who let us park up and directed us to the cafe to get a much needed tea after our drive from Swanley.    Outstanding service! My customer care person this time was Dave Hall, who along with the rest of the team went out of their way to look after me. It's an hour round-trip that I have been making for five years for my annual Kia service. I sometimes wonder if it is worth it and now I know. Lovely stuff!

   I've had a ongoing intermittent problem with the steering on my Sportage, which was proving difficult to locate. Craig Sutherland who I believe is the After sales manager took on the task to test the car in his own time. After a couple of evenings of road testing, he'd established what the fault was and carried out the necessary repairs. The car is now a pleasure to drive. Thank you Craig
