   I have been using this service for some time and generally appreciate the quality of work. However, I would like to raise a few recurring issues. Each time I’ve brought my car in (three times now), I was informed that a car wash service would be included, but it has not been provided on any of these occasions. Additionally, after every service, I notice a lot of black specks or dirty spots on the front of my car, which is disappointing and gives the impression that care is lacking in the final delivery. I was hoping for a more complete and polished service experience as promised during drop-off. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve the service for future visits.    I have been using this dealership/service provider for many years. Overall I am happy with the service. The labour fees are higher than your usual general mechanic but I like the service and guarantee. Today however I was really disappointed. I dropped off my car yesterday and hired a car for the day as I had things to do which required carrying equipment. I asked for an update as to when the car would be finished so I could work out if I needed to hire a car for longer. I was advised it would not be ready until Tuesday next week (5 days away) due to parts needing to be ordered. I proceeded to extend the car hire for 5 more days. The following day around lunchtime I received a call that my car was ready to collect. I was a bit surprised and when I went to collect the car was told they managed to source the parts. I explained that I had paid for 5 days of car hire (which was non-refundable).At a cost of £186. In addition to the cost of the service and repairs (over £2k). I requested they cover all or at least some of the cost but was told it was my decision to hire the car and also that they can provide cars if needed. When I pointed out this wasn’t offered to me they said I should have asked. Needless to say, not impressed. But it’s what it is. I’ve learned a lesson and will not be returning.

   We purchased an approved used car (MG 5) from Masters and found the after sales service and support provided to be excellent. Their no quibble commitment to making sure we, as customers, were looked after was a breath of fresh air when you find so many companies nowadays who lose interest in you as soon as they have their sale. Nick from the sales team was particularly helpful and excellent in keeping me updated about progress of our query.
