   I recently took my car (BMW 116i 2013) to KMK Exclusive Automobiles and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was charged £432 for what was essentially an oil change and filters, plus a few checks. After reviewing the invoice carefully, the labour times were heavily inflated, with 1.3 hours billed just for an oil service — a job that normally takes 20–30 minutes for a BMW specialist. Other labour items also seemed overstated, and the final price ended up far higher than what other independent BMW/MINI garages charge for the same work. While the staff may appear professional, the pricing structure feels extremely unfair, and I left feeling that I had been overcharged. I would strongly advise others to check the estimated labour times and prices carefully before agreeing to any work. I won’t be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

   Brought the car in for issues with smoke out the back - paid £120 for diagnostic. They rang me up and told me they will not continue the diagnostic because the “injectors are leaking and need all 6 replaced for £2500 plus labour. They were not sure whether it would fix the issue and refused to look at anything else. After this I took the car back and replaced the coil packs which fixed the car. Costing under £100. Complete scam artists, I would not recommend using this garage at all.

   Amazing staff and service After having some very bad experience and service from 'main dealer', I chose to return to KMK with my x3. Not only are they better value for money, but their knowledge and experience is better than most 'main dealers'. But this is a BMW main dealer in disguise - everything is BMW, from the parts down to the cleaning materials. You are getting the BMW experience with better value for money and expertise. Shout out to Michael and Roland are brilliant. I will always bring my BMW here

   As a woman, we were treated amazingly. This is how I want to start with. Roland, we are grateful to have met you, you will be our mechanic until you retire. After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.

   Have been taking my cars to BMW main dealer for as long as I can remember but getting an appointment is always a nightmare. Had the dreaded engine management light come up so wanted my car seen to asap. They were happy to see me in the next few days. Explained in detail best and worse possible outcomes and all costs included. Initial diagnosis didn't find the fault but with their skills and experience knew the most possible culprit. Was explained the costs for parts and labour so there were no nasty surprises. Also told that there was a possibility it may not be that and the cost included if they had to dig further. Decided to go ahead with the work and it did the job. Really impressed. Incredible service and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning and recommending

   Took my 5 series F10 to these guys for the second time. This time the car was not drivable this time round. Again their work is amazing and straight to the point. The technicians are skilled at what they do. I appreciate them for getting my car back on the road. Great manager too! Thank you guys for your amazing work.

   I’ve taken my E90 318i M Sport on multiple occasions, and every single time these guys have been absolutely brilliant. The work is expertly and promptly carried out, and they even take the time to explain and show the repairs undertaken. You instantly get notified once your car is ready for collection. The staff are always friendly and patient, which makes for an overall brilliant experience. Will absolutely keep taking my car here (hopefully not too frequently!) for the foreseeable future. They've solved problems that weren't solved by other garages. They always answer the phones and are very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended

   I had a problem with my battery draining itself whilst parked up. It was something that needed sorting asap and KMK got me in the following day and found the issue very quickly. Was able to collect it the next day with a very fair price too. Can’t recommend enough thank you!
