   Amazing speed, service and price. My battery needed replacing and Vijay was able to accomodate me the same day and replace the battery for collection in the afternoon. Cannot fault his professionalism as he registered the battery and reset my electronics for me. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a car service or MOT in se1.

   I've been using General Autos for about 4 years now and genuinely would not even think about taking my car anywhere else! Vijay and Raj have always looked after us down there and have done some great work with the vehicle. They have never tried to oversell me work or do something that wasn't required to make quick money, which is one of the main things I want from a car mechanic and hence keep going back for small or bigger jobs, and the yearly MOT. Value for money and very good customer service has always been the case with me, and I'd highly recommend General Autos to anyone who needs a car mechanic! Thank you as always. Lee

   I go to General Auto’s regularly for my MOTs and servicing and they always deliver to an excellent standard. Recently went to have my clutch replaced in my car and the turnaround and advice they gave me was second to none. Also recently had my light bulbs in my car replaced and they were able to fix it and point out that the holder was snapped off which is why the light couldn’t be secured properly into place and offered me a solution (something all other mechanics and Halfords I’ve went to have missed!)
