Zak is a real professional who takes pride in what he does. I visited him with a bumper scrape, thinking it needed to be painted but he advised that polishing it up would resolve the issue and cost less. He did an absolutely excellent job. After that, he looked at one of my car doors, which I knew needed realignment, and took the time and effort to sort this out - and did not charge for it. It is good to know that there are people of this calibre in this professional. I will definitely deal with him in future for work on my car, and would recommend him to everyone.

I recently took my car to Zek for a front panel polish, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Zek was quite professional and thorough, and he went above and beyond by noticing that my headlamp lenses needed attention as well. He polished them to perfection, and now they look brand new! I appreciated that Zek took the time to explain every detail and the steps he was taking to make sure I understood the process. It was a great experience overall, and I’d highly recommend Zek to anyone looking for top-quality car polishing services!

I rarely leave negative reviews, or any reviews at all, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from being misled. My car was keyed and had minor scratches on the side doors (see first 2 photos), so I searched for a body shop online and ended up at this one. I was met by a mechanic named Zac, who suggested starting with a polish to fix the scratches, and if that didn’t work, we could consider a paint job. He wasn’t certain that the polish would be enough, but he said he would try, and if it didn’t work, I could decide whether to proceed with the paint job. I agreed and paid £350 for the polish and repair work. However, Zac never mentioned that after the polish, there would be a large stain left on the door (see last 2 photos). Now, the car has to be painted, and he quoted me £3,000 (including VAT) to fix the problem. I'm not a mechanic, but it seems clear that this situation is far from right. A professional shop would have been able to tell me on the spot if the scratch could be polished out, it isn't a guess work. What's even more frustrating is their telephone system. They rely on a third-party call centre outside of the UK, which means Zac can reach me whenever he wants by phone, but I can’t reach him at all. To this day, I’m still waiting for the invoice for the £350 I paid for the work.

I was looking around for quotes for a repair to my vehicle as someone had hit my car and damaged the wing and bonnet and drove off. I used Google to search for local accident repair centres and that's when I came across Bodyteq. I sent in a request for a quote using the website online quote form and attached a few pictures of the damage to the car on a Saturday evening and by the Sunday afternoon I received a quote for the repair. I understood that this was only a quote and until they physically got to see the car I would be provided with a more accurate price as the pictures sent in for a quote may not always show what extent the damage is beneath the vechicle. I called bodyteq and spoke with Zak and advised I wanted to go ahead and book the car in for the repair and we agreed a date and time for drop off. When I dropped the car off Zak inspected the damage and advised me that the quoted price was going to be higher as the damage was not visible in the pictures and they had to repair my bonnet as well which was stuck due to the impact of the third party person who drove into my car and drove off. I was aware of the issue with the bonnet not being able to open so this was not an unexpected problem. In terms of the price I paid for the repair I was happy with the price given which was very reasonable. Zak and his colleagues got to work and the car was repaired within 2 weeks of dropping the car off. The paint job and accident repair work undertaken by Bodyteq to my vechicle is of a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends without any hesitation. Most of my communication was done via email as they are a very busy accident repair garage and I always got a reply from the garage using email. I did find if I called the garage and got no answer after a few rings then the call would be diverted to a very nice lady who would pass on the details to Zak at the workshop and he would return the call as soon as he was able to do so. Keep up the good work!

Got my car to this shop last week for bonnet repair and painting. Zak got my car fixed in the agreed time while giving me a reasonable price. He is a professional car mechanic with a very good attitude towards customers. Good experience overall!

I usually never leave bad review but my experience with Bodyteq was an absolute nightmare. I took my car to fix a scratch on the bonnet less than 1cm long, what started into a reasonable budget of £330 went to a £1200 plus quote, this technician Zak was advising to paint the entire bonnet, bumper, side panels and doors! Why not paint the entire car??? is just a 1cm scratch total sense. As a result of my distrust, I asked to collect the car since I haven’t instructing anything yet but to my surprise, they already start sanding the bonnet forcing me to agree to paint the entire bonnet. The technician named Zak was extremely rude and aggressive. They never pick up the phone, they never give the real completion time, they give me the car back in a disgusting condition all interior covering with dust. They are not a serious bodyshop they will try to scam you, so you do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Note to management. Zak was always threaten me that calls are recorded, If this is true do yourself a favour and please listen how he treat your customers, been a manager myself I would never allow any employee of mine talking to customers like he does, and I can see by reading reviews here I’m not the first one to complain about his behaviour.

An impressive website, a quick and very professional emailed estimate (front bumper, driver's door/wing, wheels, mirrors), but the work took a lot longer than promised and communication was poor, with phones rarely answered and email response patchy and not very helpful. Nor did I receive the promised guarantee by email after I had paid. I think Bodyteq is part of a small group of garage operations and I suspect that staff are sometimes spread thinly. However the work itself was very good, Zak the workshop manager was friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. If you’re laid back about timescale and communication, then I would recommend Bodyteq.

After searching for various bodyshops on google, I found Bodyteq who had received very good review. I had initially reached out to Bodyteq for quote to repair my damaged door following a lovely hit & run. Upon receiving a detailed breakdown of the works that were required, I popped into the workshop to understand the extent of the repair a bit further - Zak was kind enough to go into detail which was extremely reassuring as (luckily) I have never had to have my car repaired! In addition to sorting out the damaged door, I thought I'd also treat myself to a new set of refurbished & coloured alloy wheels to make myself feel better as the hit & run driver has left me out of pocket! Zak was also able to go in-depth as to the options available at Bodyteq. Once I booked the car in, Zak kept me in the loop with regards to any issues with the work as well as when the work would be finished. As you can see from the photos, it's as though the damage had never happened! I'm am also very happy the way that the alloy wheels turned out and have already recommended Bodyteq to friends who are interested in getting theirs done. Overall extremely happy and would recommend.

I asked BodyTeq to spray and fit a grey bumper for my red Mazda 3, and I was blown away by the result. You could never tell that the bumper was originally from a grey Mazda and the colour match to the rest of the car was incredible. The new bumper looked even better than the original! As the paintwork is a 3 stage pearl, it is even more impressive that they were able to get such a great match. Zak, who looked after my car was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for the repairs on my car and was able to look at other things I was concerned about such as the breaks. He talked me throughly through the repair process and what steps it would involve so I knew exactly what I would be paying for. As the bumper I bought from eBay wasn’t the exact match for the car, it took more time than I expected because they had to deal unexpected problems such as having to rewire the fog lights. The time taken was not an issue in the end considering the amazing result. I was informed that this workshop does a lot of insurance work, so you can be reassured that all the products used are of the highest quality. They really do not cut corners here!
