   Easy to book an appointment in advance. I was advised beforehand that my car would need to be left all day however, around half an hour after dropping it off, I was told it had been seen to and was ready after what turned out to be a minor fix so very kindly, there was no charge! It was definitely more than I could manage so I’m grateful to know I now have a reliable, trustworthy garage to go to for any future needs and will be recommending! Special thanks to Jeanette for keeping me updated and for her lovely professional manner - thank you all at Westmoreland Garage; really pleasant experience!

   My car broke down nearby - AA managed to get it driveable for a just ashort distance and left it at Westmoreland after hours. Westmoreland repaired it the following day - suspension spring had broken plus some extra damage. I was able to collect the following morning. I was released and delighted that it abeen repaired so quickly especially as I am carer for severely disabled husband so to be without a vehicle is very difficult. I thought the price was fair and reasonable - I was given a quote first. Prompt efficient service. I would use them again and happy to recommend.

   I have been using Westmoreland Garage to look after my car (Audi A3) for the past 3 years. It had originally been serviced by Audi but following their move from Bickley it was no longer convenient. I looked for an alternative and came across Westmoreland and thought I would give them a try. I am very glad that I did. In addition to routine servicing they have dealt with some other issues (clutch and shock absorbers). I have found them to be friendly, professional and trustworthy and at a competitive price. I am very happy to continue using them in the future and it is nice to have found a reliable local garage.

   I highly recommend Westmoreland Garage in Bickley. I have used them before on recommendation and had the same professional experience hence i went back. The staff are all amazing and so very helpful. Had a problem with my daughters VW Polo and the car was booked in the same week and works complete. Fantastic prices and customer service the best.    I have lived 5 minutes walk away from Westmoreland Garage for over 30 years and had never used them until recently. My mistake. I recently used them for a suspension repair and MOT. The work was done speedily and for a reasonable price – so much better service than experienced at the VW main dealer. I will always use Westmoreland in future.

   Very Good garage. Came across it by accident and i now would only ever use this garage. Jeanette's customer services is 10/10 very friendly. Also dealt with Dave who tells you how it is no fluffing around good bloke. All in all couldn't fault them :)
