   I discovered the garage after having engine issues and no nearby mechanics had availability to solve my engine spluttering issues. Neil somehow managed to squeeze me into his busy week a day after I’d called him, solved the issue in 5 minutes (the mechanic my insurer had sent out was way off and I’m glad Neil did his own diagnosis after I’d explained what I’d been told). Best of all, he didn’t charge me for the fix (spark plug had come loose). I highly recommend him and will be going to this garage from now on

   Superb customer service. Replaced my battery 2 years ago in the height of the pandemic. Flat battery yesterday. Despite being very busy, a mechanic came out to me and gave the car a jump start enabling me to get to Park Row Garage where I left it overnight. When I called this morning, Neil said that the battery was faulty and would be replaced under guarantee. All done and sorted with no fuss. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are deservedly busy so try and give a good couple of weeks notice for any routine work such as service or MOT.
